The color seems great and they have good selections.

I got this as a gift and I loved how fluffy the jacket was. It's so soft and I thought it was the perfect fluffy jacket until I washed it. The jacket started shedding like crazy after my first wash and I just had to send it back to northface because the shedding was constant. I ended up reordering the same jacket so I'm hoping that my jacket was such a defect but we'll see! The jacket is overall pretty well rated so I'm hoping mine was just one of the few that wasn't well made.

I think the color is a bit more dull than it appears online. I thought it was going to be heavier and warmer than it was. It is warmer than it looks when you touch it but it wouldn't be something I would wear outside as a jacket. It would be more appropriate for lounging around the house.

I purchased this jacket following the suggested sizing for my height and weight. I'm normally at a medium and it said I would be happier with a large, so that's what I purchased. The shoulders fit on the looser side and the bottom around the stomach is like a parachute. It's huge. I should have stuck with my normal size, and even that may have been on the bigger side as well. What makes this worse is that I am unable to exchange it. Go with your normal size and you can still fit a sweater underneath it. I guess I'll just use this as a blanket at home. My hair always gets caught in the tight Sherpa material and this is such a better alternative. Super soft and super warm. This would have been a five-star review if the sizing wasn't so big. I'm 5'5" at 150lbs with a 36DD chest. Bummer.

The bottom is tighter than what they use to be

Really soft, warm and comfortable. However, the zipper sticks a little when I pull it upward. I have to straighten out the zipper for it to zip up. Maybe it'll get easier to zip with wear?

Nice jacket I usual wear xl to 1x so I ordered a 2x thinking I'll have a little room, boy was I wrong the jackets is tight

It's really soft and nice for chilly weather. It fits a little smaller than I would like but I love it.

Coat very thin material

I am having a hard time with this product because the zipper keeps splitting open when it is fully zipped. It is such a good jacket, but I am a little disappointed.

I have the same jacket and grey and this seemed like it was over 2 sizers small for the same style and size

poor quality

I really loved this jacket but the quality of the north face has really went down. I got this jacket around Black Friday and the seam by the cuff is already coming undone. Otherwise, it's cute and warm but not worth the money I spent on it

The product ripped down the seam the second time a wore it, yet it have plenty of room in while it's on me.

This did not really fit me and I would need to size up a size for it to zip comfortable. Definitely not a pick for me but it was soft and warm.

Disappointed with this purchase! Returning it for a refund. Expected it to be a little heaver fabric.

The white one looks dirty :( overpriced

Bought this to wear in the clinic but it shed allover my scrubs. Not happy.

I'm very disappointed in the material?!? I've been buying NF for years and have been satisfied but this jacket keeps shedding fuzz all over and having a six week old makes me not want to wear it because he could breathe it in....one upset momma right here :-/

Fit well except for the arms. Way to short.

Product had a snagged sleeve but already took the tags off to return it.
