The sleeves are short. Everything I love.

I love the color and the material of this coat. All of the zippers stick.

I love this fleece. It is so warm and so cute. However, it sheds like crazy. Whenever I wear it my clothes, bags, car seat, seatbelt all get covered in fuzz. I've tried washing it on a gentle cycle, but it made it look less fuzzy and didn't help the shedding issue. I've got a love-hate relationship with this.

I bought my Osito a few years ago (over 6 or 7).
I love that it's held up and shows no signs of slowing.
What dislike is that once you wash it it will never be that uber soft, cozy, huggable fleece you just had to have ever again. Which is, needless to say, highly disappointing. Meaning it basically ends up like looking/feeling like every other fleece jacket in your closet.

I already owned this jacket in blue, but had to send that one back for repair and decided to purchase another one in black since it was still pretty cool outside and it was on sell. The jacket is warm, but it does tend to shed. I don't wear it as much as I did the blue osito jacket due to the shedding.

Usually the Osito jacket is perfect. This time the cuffs were so tight they strangled my wrists! I had to get it altered. Other than that it was good though seemed a little more sung that usual which is fine for me since I am very petite.

My only complaint is that the wrists are really tight. I do not have large wrists but it often leaves a mark, like if you leave a ponytail holder on your arm. And because of this you can't pull up your sleeves.

Nice wear but it runs small. I tried looking for the 2x but was out of stock for along time and had to return it for something else.

the sleeves are too short. the old shelbe raschel jacket had a knitted cuff that helped prevent cold hands and a better fit. so of course TNF ditched that awesome feature and made the sleeves shorter :-(
if my old shelbe had not ripped on a hike, I would of kept it. I probably should have kept it anyway. If you are tall, like me, skip this jacket, it's not what it used to be sadly

Very soft and comfy! A nice petable fabric ;-) But do not like the elastic wrist cuffs.

I wish they wouldn't have changed the original style of this jacket.

I returned it an want to get a bigger size. It fit but I thought if I had anything except a thin T-shirt on it would be too tight.

This jacket is very warm. But as many other reviews state, it runs very small, mainly in the bust and shoulders. I am typically a medium, can even wear a small sometimes, but I sized up after reading the reviews. I bought this jacket in a large and it is very snug in the shoulders and chest. I cannot wear a sweater or even a long sleeve shirt under it or it's no longer comfortable.

I love how warm and soft and cozy this jacket is. A couple of reasons i wont buy this again are that the pockets are made of nylon fabric and are not comfortable to the touch and pipings pill a lot. So it seems to me that they are skimping on the materials for the pockets and the piping.

Beautiful jacket and very warm for the size. The sleeves are very short. I like jackets that have short sleeves that do not ride up my arm majority of the day. I do not have strangely long arms either I would suggest buying a size up

I wanted to love it. The perfect jacket but it left lint all over my scrubs and everywhere I went in the nurses' station. Not to mention my car...and I have leather seats! I'm sending it back. Pretty jacket though.

Do not buy this jacket unless you want your clothes to be ruined. I had many other North Face fleece jackets and never had this problem.

I am between a small and a medium. I like my clothes and jackets to fit snug; tight even. I bought a medium based upon THEIR sizing recommendation, and I wish I would have listened to myself. The medium was big. Not WAY too big, but big. It was not a snug fit. Even if I was wearing a sweater underneath, it still wouldn't fit snug. Maybe the jacket is meant to be loose? It IS a cute jacket; it is very soft and comfy. Just too big. I returned and will buy the small. I bought the light angel blue and the color is cute. I usually stick to black; I thought I would change it up a bit. The color is "good" blue. I was afraid it would be a grayish-blue. It is not. Give it a try. Everyone seems to have this jacket :-)

I was so excited when I got this jacket; it is my first North Face product. It sheds terribly! All over my clothes and my car. It's pretty disappointing.

Im 5'5 and 135lbs, went with a medium but will definitely be exchanging for a small. The torso part is just too long and unflattering for me. The arm length is perfect. The medium would've worked if it had a drawstring option at the waist area. Otherwise, it's a very nice jacket.
