Coat is exactly what I was expecting

I purchased the Northface brand because I am never disappointed with the quality, style and features. I am 5'7 125 lbs and ordered a size medium. I sized up for the extra room and love the fit! The hood covers my head perfect for those rainy days. I definetely recommend!

This jacket is a really pretty red color, not orange red I sometimes see or very dark burgundy, just a real red which is what I wanted. Perfect for summer because it has no lining and well made. The zipper is good quality unlike some other jackets where the zippers break or go off track .

This is my second venture jacket and the only thing I wish it had in common with my first is the lining. The lining in this one is a soft solid gray where as my other one has a white lining with a gray pattern making it that much cuter. Other than that this has been my favorite rain jacket.

I have owned a few different rain jackets. Many that were more expensive. This rain jacket is a perfect addition to my gear collection as it is not only comfortable, reliable, and well made but it is also affordable! You cannot argue with a decent rain jacket for a good price. The Venture rain jacket is perfect for an every day wear. It will work with layers, includes pit zips, and has a stow pocket. It really is just a great basic rain jacket. Don't do anything too crazy and this will be perfect!

My daughter is off to college in Boone, NC. In the NC mountains and it's perfect for that wet climate going from building to building on campus. Not too heavy and keeps her dry and warm. But isn't bulky for storing when in classes. Plus kids love having that North Face logo.

I wore this jacket out in the rain this week, for the first time, and it seems to be waterproof!

Love this jacket. This was a replacement for an older model of similar jacket. Very comfortable. Love the new colors. Wanted a very lightweight, breathable rain jacket for my upcoming walk on the Camino de Santiago in Spain - this will work great!

This jacket is PERFECT for wet weather and it's definitely the cutest North Face product I own. The heathered grey color goes with just about everything from jeans to leggings. Super comfortable, great fit, all around amazing purchase!

I really love this jacket. It's lightweight and very stylish. I wear this jacket to festivals. Breathable material which is great when it's humid and raining.

Bought this for one of our kids who is frequently outside, working in the rain in herfirst job. This was a great buy and she will use this for many things.

It's great because it's much more complex than the first venture jacket, such as having pockets for your armpits to breathe.

Purchased for a cruise to Alaska. It will work out perfect. If I need something warmer I can add another one if my TNF jackets I already have and wear this one over it to help keep dry or from the wind.

I ride horses and this jacket is perfect for rainy weather, it stays looking clean and is light weight.

Took this on a recent trip to Alaska. It's lightweight and unlined which was perfect for layering. Wore it during a nature hike which rained the whole 2 hours we were out. At least the top half of my body was dry. Couldn't say the same for my legs :/

I purchased this jacket for a trip to Seattle and Alaska and it was definitely a good buy. I purchased another rain coat (which cost about $30 more) from a different outdoor company and it felt and sounded like a garbage bag. The quality is much better on this jacket and a lot quieter too.

This jacket is awesome! It's perfect for the Boston weather spring & fall, in the fall i would wear a sweater under this but it does feel windproof just no liner. I got it in Galaxy Purple Heather. If I could describe the color better than the image I would say more of a plum heather. Its lightweight but a little heavier than I expected but I still love it. It looks super cute on. I would buy this in other colors.
