My husband and I go hiking a lot and I love that I can pack it into the pocket and stick it in the backpack. It doesn't take up much room in the backpack and it's ventilated so that helps a lot on long hikes!

North Face was terrific - and jacket is great! I had the same jacket that was a couple of years old and it stopped keeping me dry - and I sent it in to be re-waterproofed. North Face sent me a coupon to get a new jacket - I love the dark green - and it is wonderfully waterproof for my hiking and running. I am thrilled with the customer service!

I compared this jacket w online reviews to the resolve 2 jacket. This venture 2 jacket won out because it was more lightweight. I love the modern green color.
We have had significant rain storms in the last 2 weeks and it has kept me dry and I like the looser fit.
I would buy this again and recommend it to anyone looking for a lightweight, waterproof rain jacket.

Love this jacket! Was super sad when my old one was stolen at a bar. Had to buy a new one ASAP!! Love it!

This jacket is super stylish and comfy! Got it for the wet season in TN so it could be raining one day hot the next and this jacket is perfect. Sleeves are slightly too long. But would totally purchase again:)

I'm a curvy 5'4" 165 lbs and the L fit perfectly. I have just enough room to wear a light sweater underneath. The Galazy Purple is gorgeous! My only tiny gripe is that the hood covers TNF logo on the front and back, and I normally dislike obvious logos on clothing.

My sister had this and I fell in love. Pockets everywhere. Dresses up or down. Breathable with zippers to air everything out. I love the grey color!! You can cinch the waistband too. Love!!

This jacket is by far my favorite product from The North Face! It is perfect for rainy days and I advise you get a size smaller than what you'd normally wear. I can fit hoodies under mine but it is amazing for the cold months ahead! Would buy again!

I got this is a Small so I could wear it over my jackets, especially down, this winter. I have several Venture 2 rainjackets and find them fashionable, comfortable, and serviceable. The Rumba Red is a particularly attractive color: vibrant, yet dignified. Love it!

Wearing this jacket in Yellowstone was a perfect gear choice. Light weight and packable I sized it to fit over what ever I was wearing. One morning at about 6800 feet the weather went from sun to rain then sleet to snow in about an hour. I was warm and dry in this great jacket. I was very impressed with the wind resistance as well. Super buy!

Finally a coat that doesn't make me feel like a fat girl in a little coat (Tommy Boy reference).

I wear it all the time!! This is especially perfect for someone who is always on the go but need a lightweight jacket that is warm but not hot enough to make you sweat. I absolutely love it! I'm 5'5" and 120 pounds, so size small is perfect if you need to layer up.

Used it casually during my early morning hike. Gave me enough warmth and when I started to sweat its very lightweight to wrap around my waist. Fashionable too. I'm buying another color.
