The color and the quality is there but the fit is a little too small.

It's waterproof and windproof, the size is a little big. Chart said I was Large (I am usually Small), yet I followed the size recommendation. What I do is wear the other 2 layers and it fits perfect. It's also durable against rock falls, from my experience haha.

Very thin but gets the job done. Great for workouts when it's a bit brisk out. Maroon purple is a lovely color.

Be aware that the blue wing teal color is actually navy--NOT teal!

Not as warm as I thought - if you're looking for a warm jacket, pick a different one. The material also seems to get dirty easily and not clean off as readily as I'd thought (but maybe I didn't try the right things to get the ink/dirt off). Backstory: I really wanted a North Face jacket after seeing a friend's that had lasted her eight years (including a trip to Ireland) and was in perfect condition minus a tear in an inner pocket that you would never have noticed if she hadn't pointed it out. I asked for a North Face jacket as a gift, and we went with the cheapest "starter" North Face Jacket, not the warm $300 version my friend showed me that I fell in love with. Were I to do it again, I'd go for the jacket I wanted, so that it would be warm, and probably try to find something I liked in an outlet.

Very light weight and looks great on! I bought it to have a waterproof windproof layer for snowboarding and it has worked great! Can't wait to get more use out of it in the years to come.

Love this, bit smaller than the rest of my "L" items from TNF but it's a great jacket to protect from elements but still breathable and light.

I was looking for a light jacket for light/medium rainfall / hikes with the doggie. This one does the trick! The first thing i noticed how gorgeous the turquoise color was, I was kind of tired of all black jackets; the color is the first thing people complimented on it. But of course only the user who is wearing it knows how good protects from the elements. I found a bit difficult to pack it on its own side bag, so i decided to carry just folded on itself so far, since it is light it does not requires lots of space. I can wear a light sweater or polar fleece layer under it with no problem at all if needed a bit more warmth. To me, the "fabric" seems a bit noisy but nothing out of the ordinary with this kind of materials. Got it in Large (usually wear M (10-12 size)) so i can wear something else below if needed.

I usually wear an XL but got the XXL in case I wanted to wear something a little heavier underneath. The color is a pretty pale pink

I'm not joking when I tell you I bought and returned this jacket at least five times. I loved the fit. TNF is honestly the only outdoor company that makes figure flattering clothing (at least figure flattering for me). I wasn't crazy about some of the features or lack of features and I went back and forth between this and a BD jacket. Honestly, I would have kept the BD because it did have better features for climbing, but there was so much extra sleeve material and it didn't fit my waist as well. It was really the sleeves that made me pick TNF. It is always smart to pack a rain jacket when climbing, but chances are I know the weather and can't climb in the rain. So perhaps the features weren't as necessary as they were more perks. However, it would be REALLY AMAZING if the zipper was waterproof and you didn't have a line of Velcro to keep it waterproof. I get Velcro on the sleeves (kind of), but Velcro snags a lot of clothing material these days. I always have to pack Velcro items away from some of my clothing. That would be my dream improvement for this jacket.

I love how this jacket fits! It is super comfortable and keeps me dry. It can be easily layered with other sweaters for a warmer feel! The only thing I would change would be where the velcro is. The hook part of the velcro is on the side that when it folds over when it is not zipped up picks at the jacket. My entire shoulder is now fuzzy and has pulls from the velcro rubbing against it.

I was looking for a lightweight rain jacket and I liked this one, wish it was a little longer over hips for more protection, but a good jacket.

I wore this Jacket fishing! It rained all morning, from a light rain to an almost heavy rain, and kept me mostly dry, although the coat did get slightly wet/damp on the inside (you could run your hand on the inside and your hand would be slightly wet and you could see a shimmer of wetness) my phone in the pocket was wet, the pockets seemed to be the worst spot for being wet on the inside. It was not wet enough to saturate my Denali 2 hoodie which was always dry. The coat was awesome in the wind, it was very windy out as well and it kept the wind off of me perfectly and helped keep me really warm (fairly chilly day, with gusty winds and rain). The hood fits perfectly over a toque and nicely over my face to keep the raindrops from dripping down inside. I loved this jacket and will certainly continue to wear it, just wish it was a bit more waterproof like they advertise and can handle rain for a lengthy period of time.
