I got these shoes in purple for my daughter the beginning of the school year, by December, the seam on the front has come apart, the Velcro has come apart. I have actually been pretty disappointed in how these shoes have held up on the playground.

Bought these on our trip recently. Good for grip and the rubber bottoms hold up well but the rest of the shoe is already looking quite beat up after only two months of wear by my active 4 year old. I thought Merrell would hold up really well but that was unfortunately not my experience with these. Bummed out.

Bought this for my son thinking it will last long time for him since it's an outdoor brand. But the seems like kids shoes has lower quality. The color of the shoes was peeling and instead of blue shoes became black

The laces on these shoes broke in less than one month of ownership. The laces are kind of woven through loops on the shoe, and I guess are glued together at a joint on the tongue. At this point the laces frayed and broke. The way the shoe is designed, it's not really replaceable, unless you glue it back yourself. Was hoping the quality name would make for longer-lasting shoes for my rough-and-tumble 4 year old girl, but I was disappointed. Bummer; super-cute shoes otherwise.

I bought these shoes for my 4 year old about 2 months ago. The velcro has already completely come off one of the shoes so he can no longer wear them.

I bought these on a Sunday. Took my daughter on a hike two days later on a Tuesday and they were so beat up that when I took them back to the retailer where I bought them from They told me these are not hiking shoes and that's why they got so beat up. Terrible. And now I have a pair of shoes headed in the mail to me for myself that I'm going to return the second I get them. I'm not even going to try them on. Clearly this brand is not good quality.

I bought two pairs for my twins. They really like the shoes, but the elastic on one has already pulled out from the stitching after only a few weeks of wear. Seems like it could be a quality control issue or defective pair since I haven't had this issue with the other pair. They really like them so it is too bad the quality is inconsistent.
