I love every style I've tried but these cut unto my ankles. I couldn't even finish teaching my BodyPump class without kicking them off the last 2 tracks.

I loved the fit but I got huge blisters the first day I wore them. Thankfully I could still return them. I have 3 pair of the Levitate 1's and absolutely love them. Hopefully the next version will be like the original version. I was so bummed because I loved the color and fit on my foot.

Please bring back the Levitate 1 as they are my absolute favorite and If I had known they would be extinct and revamped I would have stocked up. Desperate to find comparable comfort, I purchased the Levitate 3 and they rubbed the back of my ankle and I immediately knew I had to return them as the Levitate 1's set the bar high. I also have Leviate 2's which are a decent go to for support but no comparison to the 1's. Cute shoe but for the price you must have the support.

Hey Brooks please read the reviews! I was a fan of the levitate until the design was botched with the horrible high back to the shoe with its sock-like squeeze. Both feet need to be vaselined up to prevent bleeding. I'll never buy this again.

The top, back of the heel is STIFF. It dug into the heel and caused bleeding.

I wish I could give this a 0-star rating. These shoes are horrible. The design is flawed. They have rubbed the back of my ankles raw and caused bleeding. These shoes are so painful to wear, I have been getting the worst running times of my life in these shoes. They just are really flawed. I wanted to like them, I tried so many different methods to reduce the friction on the heel, from lacing to double socks.

At rest these shoes are very comfortable. After wearing them all day, both Achilles had open sores from the lack of padding. I thought it was a fluke so I returned them and bought an identical pair with the same issues. These can only be worn with tall socks.

I loved both the Levitate 1 and Levitate 2 shoes and was really excited when the Levitate 3 came out. I ordered a pair immediately. Boy, was I disappointed. The Levitate 1 and 2 were the best running shoes I've had, despite an issue with cracking soles. I was willing to overlook that though. I wore the Levitate 3 for 2 workouts, first a 3-mile run and the second for a HIIT workout. The back of the shoe rubbed my Achilles so badly that it hurt to wear any of my regular shoes for the next 2 days. The Levitate 3 also lacks a significant amount of the springy cushioning that the Levitate 2 had. I found the shoes to be extremely hard. One other item of note, the soles seemed to be extremely slippery. I promptly returned my Levitate 3 and found another pair of Levitate 2 online to buy instead. Now I'm on the hunt for a new shoe for when this pair of Levitate 2 wears out. :( Brooks, why change a great shoe so drastically?

The built-in sock on the heal caused much discomfort and pain. Unfortunately, I will be returning these.

These shoes rotated my feet. I was having terrible hip and knee pain, this the shoes were only a few weeks old I didn't think anything of it, I wear my sneakers all day. Then I thought about switching back to an old shoe and within 2 days the pain was gone. Tried wearing the shoe again for 1 day, and the pain was back. Now they are just sitting in my closet. Very surprised and unhappy :(

I unfortunately hate the new design even though I loved all the new colors. I always go with a half size up in brooks and the prior Levitate 1 and 2 was no different. The levitate 3 are so tight my toes went numb and even going a whole size up to a 9 did not help. I think the new top mesh design is too much and doesn't allow wiggle room. Also, my ankles were destroyed after two runs from the new curved design. so disappointing

I wanted to love these because the color choices were so good. I used to run in the Ravenna till they totally changed them. switched to the levitate 2 and loved them. Got my normal 1/2 size up in the 3's and they are so tight my toes went numb and the backs cut my heels up horribly. All my runner friends who bought this model hated them.

I love the look and feel of this shoe, but after wearing for 2 months with increasing sciatic pain, I went back to my old brooks and the pain stopped. There is something about the way the shoe cups my heel and tilts it upward toward the inner thigh.

This is a downgrade from the levitate 1 and 2. It runs very small. I usually wear a 9/9.5 in Brooks, but had to size up to 10. I have never worn a size 10 in any shoe but that's not a problem. I did not buy the shoe primarily because of the heel collar. There is no cushion like the prior versions. The heel collar is very hard and inflexible, curves forward and digs into my heel. Even with socks it would cause blistering and soreness. I wish they had not done this because otherwise the shoe is comfortable.
