Too heavy for running. Should it be called running shoes? Have returned for refund and still awaiting the credit after returning it two weeks ago.

The DYAD breaks down fast, I have always hated the arch pods . I wear orthotics and suddenly they stopped fitting in the DYAD . The model name didnt change but the shoe sure did , the shoe now comes in on the side not allowing orthotics to sit flat. Terrible now that I have no shoes for my orthotics

I been using the dyads since 2011. I have noticed a design change in the past few models. The dyad 11 are completely different and do not fit well at all. Super disappointed

They wear out fast and are too squishy . Orthotics wearers need good support not a marshmallow shoe

I bought these dyads based upon the rhetoric provided by several of the Brooks agents, Who stated that they would be good shoes to accommodate a painful hammertoe. Long story short I tried wearing them with custom orthotics and the manufacturers inner soul and in both cases suffered severe toe pains For the entire five minutes that I wore them. I sent them back for a refund. Thanks!

I'm not sure if it's the Dyad 11 or later, but I used to love the 10 1/2 EEEE Dyads until they changed the toe box where now it's too big and the 10s are too small. I am awaiting a 10 1/2 Ghost, which I hope fits better.

This was the WORST shoe I've ever owned! And Brooks recommended it ! I felt like a "Clydesdale" horse when I ran. VERY LOUD! Stiff and heavy. I always wore the "Ghost" model but for some reason, the collar would wear out on my right shoe as though it was getting hit by the left shoe. My ankle was never bruised. Anyways ... I went to New Balance and use the 880 as a sub till the Ghost gets a major overhaul. What WE NEED is a GREAT RUNNING SHOE for under $100.00 ! ! !

As someone with flat feet, these were highly recommended, but were all sorts of wrong for me. After one run I had crushed what little cushioning the shoe had. I figured it was a loss, but I'd use them as an in-between my old running shoes, and a better pair. After a couple more runs, I had horrific ankle pain, and I just couldn't anymore. I'm not sure if there's a flat footed runner out there that really likes these shoes, but I would avoid these.
I'd also recommend:
Hoka, Mizuno, Saucony

I normally wear extra wide shoes but these were too wide for me. Also, very uncomfortable on the ball of my foot.

Way too narrow width- actually got a cut on my right foot !! Why can’t you bring back the Beast 11 ? I bought several pairs of those while available.

Thought I found a good fit. But after some minimal use with minimal running I have a bruised heel. Ouch. Never had anything like this in the past. Maybe too much arch support but whatever... I am tossing these and finding something that won’t hurt my foot.

They're basically the same as the Dyad 10, but with a worse color scheme. The gray was nice and understated and never got dirty. The white is too flashy, already dirty, and again, the same structurally as the old one. The only reason i bought it is because my foot size was no longer available in the Dyad 10. Go back to the old colors.

I had a problem with the left shoe, it was rubbing my ankle and I had to return the shoes to Brooks. That is the reason for one star. I have both the black and grey Dyad 10 shoes and love them, that's why I bought the Dyad 11. I'm waiting for my credit and I plan on ordering again.

It was supposed to be wide and it wasn't, and the overall walking balance of the shoe is off. I recommend the Ghost show by Brooks. Best shoe ever and same price range.

I?ve owned Dyads before and this was a shadow of what those shoes were. I?m a large framed runner with wider feet and this shoe did not deliver. The ride was very harsh with no give in the sole. The toe box (2e) was roomy but allowed for my large toes roll over the soles. I was very disappointed. Maybe I got a lemon, but I would not recommend, especially for the money. I have returned the item.
