I love the Dyads and have bought them for my last 5 pairs of shoes. The Dyad 11 was pretty disappointing though, they wore out much quicker than other years and the heal ripped within 2 months of purchase. I kept 2 previous years and still use them for yard work and they are in better condition than my new Dyad 11's. Really disappointed, wish you would bring back the old dyad's and specifically the heel structure.

I returned mine after a brief walk from my couch to my front door and back. Probably would have loved the fit of these if the insole and support would have been then same size as the shoe. The arch support, which felt like 2 rocks stuck in my shoe, was pretty far back and very narrow compared to the width of the shoe. My heel rubbed the back of the shoe as well which was annoying and uncomfortable. I am currently awaiting my refund. Save yourself time and money and buy the Asics cumulous. I have no complaints with those at all.

Was told that DYD 11 is wider in toebox than GHOST 13. That was not my experience. Too narrow for 4E. Beautiful shoe & really good cushioning. Based on experience with GHOST 11 and 12.

I was very sceptical to try the Dyad again. Loved them and put tons of miles on several of my Dyad 6s but after that the shoe was no longer an option. These are no different than 7's and beyond. They are hard with no give. Instant heel pain and all around body pains after just 2 weeks. I'm not willing to go the full 90 because the pain is too much.

The show is light, but not a lot of cushion. Over all feels like a harder shoe and not as pleasant as other Brooks shoes I have had in the past for my flat feet.

This shoe was awful. Not in function, but quality. The heel portion of the shoe got crushed almost immediately and never recovered. The fabric and foam got compressed down into the shoe and stayed there. Within a few weeks it wore out quickly leaving cracking plastic exposed against my heel. I like Brooks shoes, but these were truly sub-par.

Wrong shoe. I thought I was ordering the Dyad shoe in women’s. The link sent me to the men’s shoes when I clicked on the blue shoes in 9 B. I was ordering women’s shoes only. The men’s shoes were too big. I am returning them.

I wear between and 8 and 8.5. This show was way closer to an 8 than the actual size of 8.5. It was also narrow considering it was a wide.

I returned this pair of BLACK Dyad 11 because the toe box and midfoot have much less fabric to them than the white/gray I'd bought earlier this year. Both are made in Thailand. It's so annoying to run into this situation with different colors being made differently. It's not just Brooks nor is it just out-country manufacturing.

Only 2 months of general wear and the toe box is already collapsing. This is causing rubbing and discomfort. I have used Brooks for 20 years now, but this is not their typical quality. As I saw more folks wearing them over the past 5 years, I was worried that they may lose quality/consistency as production ramped up to meet demand...unfortunately, it seems that may be the case.

These are not the same quality as the other 3 pairs of the exact shoe I've had previously I've been wearing these for two months 5 days a week to work now and they are already wearing out very disappointed in this pair. They are not nearly as comfortable as the other pairs, they feel like they are constructed different. All the others were great maybe this pair is a lemon?

The dole is too hard. Most shoes buy crappy soles a put them on the shoes. I thought all brooks had soft soles. Guess not.

Your agents tend not to be well informed. This is the third time I was told that a shoe model would be well-cushioned. But the Dryad was like walking on slabs of concrete. Brooks needs to do a better job of training its representatives....

Will return them soon, make to much noise, "squeak". Question if leather as previous or are they plastic made to look like leather? Don't think that I will buy from Brooks in the future.
