I take a size 12 men's
Received in mail, but they were tight and my toes went all the way to the front of the shoe. No room in toe box. Hassle free return though. Good service. Wondering what size I should order, a whole size or half size longer? Only one store near me that doesn't carry them. Other stores have gone out of business so I can't try on.

They surprisingly are wide enough. Problem is the cushioning is only from the insole. Once it breaks down it?s like walking in cheap shoes again. The heel is okay. It?s the ball and the outside of the foot it?s needs more cushion

Thank you for asking. I am surprised that you care about me! I am a retired teacher, almost 70 years old, a former runner during my 30's and 40's before arthritis set in. With two artificial hips now, I continue my daily walk for health. This is my first pair of Brooks (formerly I was wearing New Balance because of the width and the recommendation from my chiropractor.) My current chiropractor suggested the Dyad because of the way I pronate and wear my shoes out in a specific way. This is my third week of wearing the Brooks Dyad. When I am doing my walk outside I see an improvement in the way my feet hit the ground and I seem more stable and not rolling off to the sides. This gives me confidence that I will not fall. This is important with slimey autumn leaves underfoot here in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia! Unfortunately, my apparent success on the road outside seems to have caused a new problem, and I wonder if my shoes are too wide (mens 11 4 E) because my left baby toe has developed what I thought was a blister but now escalated into a big, painful bump. ALso my feet hurt now, sometimes across the metatarsul, and especially where the big toe attaches and even when I lay in bed at night I think, "Man, my feet hurt!" I am confused about this. I have always worn Birkenstocks inside my home as slippers, having been advised by the doctors and chiropractors never to be barefoot. Now my feet hurt so much that I put a pillow under the table and take off my Birks and sit there to read with my feet unshod. I don't know if my feet are in some sort of transition because of switching to Brooks for my outside shoe. Do you have any advice? I really appreciate your personal care. Theresa

I do not like the new design. I am not a runner but need good shoe because of surgery on my feet. The Dyad 7 was the best shoe you made and the Dyad has gone down hill in my opinion since then.

Nice shoe. Shoe strings are too short for proper secure tie. Nice cushion soul and heel. I have knee issues thus impact dampening is key. Haven't worn them enough to give good comprehensive review.

I don't know about the new shoes but it is not the same cut as the old shoes I have purchased in the past. I have noticed that the left shoe with my orthopedics insole fits comfortably but my right shoe does not. In the past all of the shoes I have purchased from (BROOKS) fit great with no problems. Love the color and style.

I think this is a well made shoe, it just didn't suit my foot. I have worn Dyad's for a number of years. I wear orthodics to get better support. I am now going to try some other Brooks Shoes to see if are more comfortable for me.

These shoes fit differently than the Dyad 7. The toe box is not as big. So I am returning them.

Still making up my mind, not as happy with these as I was with the Dyad 10, these seem to be much stiffer and offer MUCH les support for my arches. I had had to take a week off after my first run in these shoes due to a back spasm, and the runs have only slightly improved.

Size runs large. Sizing very different from my previous pair of Dyads. It's also a bit stiff. Overall it's not a bad shoe but also not up to what I expect from Brooks.

the fit felt okay at first. I wore them around the house for a couple days. The second day I had the shoes on longer and the arch of my foot stated to ache. Nice design and attractive. Bumbed I couldn't keep them.

I have purchased dozens of Brooks shoes but something has changed. These were too big and felt sloppy to walk in. Not sure if it's the style but I returned them.

I have bought these shoes for years, and recently they have felt smaller and not as durable.

Comfortable shoe, but holes in the material developed in the heels and on top of big toe. I was trying to find an alternative to Ghost. I will just stick with Ghost. I do like the color scheme on this one.

Brooks is a great smaller brand. But, boy, I find their toe boxes very narrow. I feel Mizuno has a better toe-box fit (for my foot)

Looks nice, but these have been terrible for me. The local running shoe store was pushing for me to get these; with about 30 miles on them I don't want to run on them anymore. Every run over 3 mi gives me blisters in my arches, no matter what running socks I wear. Not sure if it's the arch design or they're too wide for a normal width shoe but they just ruin the run for me. These are likely going to become walking shoes or grass mowing shoes for me because I just can't run on them anymore. I'll maybe try a Ghost, Adrenaline, or go back to a different brand.

The shoes cradle my feet well. But the shoes need more cushioning and a more durable outsole material. Cushioning in the heel is passable (barely) but more cushioning in the front half of the shoe is much needed. The outsole is thicker than most of the other shoe models but the material wears quickly.

The shoe felt as if the arch support started too far back in the shoe. I look for good arch support in a shoe but these shoes out pressure on the inside front of the heel on both sides. These shoes were uncomfortable enough that I returned them. The sad thing is, this is the exact same model of shoe I purchased 3 years ago, which fit fine. Quality assuance? Design change?

These shoes are like walking on concrete slams with two rocks in your arch. Brooks needs to discontinue these and make a shoe that was like the Adrenaline GTS before(GTS 19 and 20) the turned the Adrenaline into the Ghost 2.0 Stable neutral, mid support shoe

Returned them. The shoe was not comfortable, the heels were digging into the back of my feet as I walked and something about the arch support was cramping my feet. I wear an extra wide and on that feature it was great and I would say true to size hence the 2 stars. I really wanted to like this shoe as there are so few companies that make extra-wide shoes in something other than black.

I was looking for something to replace the PureFlow which was discontinued. Unfortunately this doesn't offer the same stability. It feels sloppy when I run. I'll keep trying to find a replacement. Thanks Brooks

I have been happily using Dyad for years but this edition constantly squeaks and hurts my feet.
