I rate the ariel 20s excellent. They are a great improvement over the design from several iterations ago. I've already put about 50 miles on them.

Thank you to Customer service Representative Logan! I took a chance and emailed in on August 2nd after some frustration not finding another shoe like the Adrenaline GTS19. They are now out of stock and no others I tried have worked for me after having multiple ankle surgeries and tendon repairs. I described my issues and he responded with 2 recommendations right away. I ordered the Ariels and they hug my heels like a glove and keep my gait sturdy all day. They are a little on the heavy side so I do not believe I will use them for teaching my cardio classes but they have provided amazing support for 9hrs of standing at work. They are also a bit of a challenge to get on with the soft heel on the back but they do not move once they are on. My search continues for a shoe I can teach and work out in like the Adrenalines but for sustained long term standing support I recommend these.

Wide in step and flat feet along with low back surgery and bilateral knee replacements, the need for comfortable pair of footwear is extremely essential. These shoes provide the 'cloud nine' feeling and walking a pleasure.I am very pleased with these shoes.

For like a glove, and make my feet happy!

Not a runner but a walker with a neuroma left foot and a proximal metatarsal fx with subsequent fusion right foot. Tried a lot of shoes. This one makes me feel like I am walking on clouds. Yay!

I bought this shoe for my daughter who has very flat feet, narrow heels and stands on concrete for 10+ hours a day! The first week was a week of some soreness as she broke the shoes in! 2nd week she was in love with the shoes! No more foot pain!! She says this is the best shoe and has even recommend them to her co workers! Not sure how long they will hold up working in a warehouse, but will be buying again!!!

I have been wearing Aerial for years at the advice of my podiatrist. I am flat footed and have ankle pronation. I have bought both colors this time. I don't know if there are physical changes to the 20, but they seem to be better than ever! I buy a larger size in order to accommodate my orthotics. I am not a runner, but these shoes keep my feet stable and comfortable.

Love this shoe! The colors are beautiful better than I expected! Someone had their skills together making a pretty shoe and comfortable. I will say the back heal box is soft and sometimes difficult to pull on. But so comfortable. The top toe is not as tipped up as much as my other pair but so far not uncomfortable. Love them! Thank you! Would love a black with a pretty rose gold in a wide width.. Maybe a tiny diamond pattern.. since I am asking.

I love the support & cushion in this shoe! Just what I need for gym machines and outside. I feel like it has prevented some twisted ankles because it's so sturdy. My physical therapist recommended Brooks, and I've not bought another brand in 7 years. Ariel is my favorite to this point.

I would give this shoe 100 *'s, if I could!! have a protruding heel spur, left foot. Seriously bothering me for the last 5 years. Pain going throughout my entire foot & up back of my entire leg! FINALLY decided to spend some $$ on myself. Went to my Podiatrist, who took x-ray & said it's digging into the muscle in my heel. Causes the constant pain. No surgery. Advised I get some orthopedic shoes & special inserts. Which led me to go to my local, 'My Lucky Feet' shoe store in downtown Riverside. The VERY knowledgeable young man working with me. Put me on their state-of-the-art foot/weight pressure machine. Fitting me with the Brooks, Ariel-20 Running shoes, and a special pair of inserts with a 'pop-out' heel spur plug. Anyway! I'm literally walking around on A CLOUD!! The Brooks Ariel-20' have a special support designed right into them. Giving me ALL the extra support I need in every single way!! I have been able to resume my daily hiking & walking. Losing weight & staying in shape during the Covid-19 pandemic. THIS shoe will be the ONLY tennis type shoe I ever buy! WORTH the cost, in every way!! PLUS, free delivery!!!!

Fits well, well cushioned.

I don't run, but I wear the Ariel '20 everyday, all day and am very happy with them so far. However, it was a challenge to get a pair that was comfortable. For about 10 years now I have worn a size 7.5 W in the Ariel line. The 7.5 I ordered was too small, the 8 I ordered was really no bigger than the 7.5. Returned them both and got an 8.5. These are great. Comfortable for me. I really would have thought a half size up would have been fine, but no a whole size was the ticket.

I love them! They are the most comfortable shoes ever.

I love these shoes! I was first introduced to them through the Good Feet store. I have high arches and wear the shoes with my inserts. I have a bunion and ordered these in the extra wide. I also love that they have large and half sizes

I love these shoes. They are comfortable and provide the best support for me. This is my third pair of the Ariel.

I needed sneakers that were light and extremely cushioned and comfortable. I'm on my feet for 5 to 10 hours a day. My feet would throb before I bought these. They throb no more! Thank you!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Brooks Tennis. Brooks is the only Tennis I wear. I have worn only Brooks for about 30 years. My feet and back love them. Thanks Carolyn Fleet

Love 'em! I've been running/walking in Ariel's for a year now and they give me the perfect blend of cushioning and support.
