I use this shoe to work in. I walk on concrete all day. It gives me the cushioning and support in need, and this shoe doesn?t break down as fast as other shoes can.

Have been wearing Brooks Ariels for three years now after developing plantar fasciitis. My podiatrist highly recommended them. Because I am on my feet 8 hours a day for work I have to replace my Ariels every four months. Just started wearing new 2020 Ariels. They are the most comfortable ones thus far. I call them my 24/7 shoes because as soon as I get out of bed they are on my feet. I also recommend Brooks Adrenaline for running.

I love, love, love my new Brooks shoes! I am a larger person with many knee and ankle issues. This is the first shoe I have ever gotten that feels comfortable straight out of the box as well as during mile 7, or 8, or 9.... I feel like my entire body is benefitting from these shoes. I can go further with much less discomfort during and after my runs/walks. Thank you Brooks! So happy!

After trying on at least 6 different brands, your company upon my request recommended this particular shoe. I'm back to walking miles with no problem. These shoes have a nice large toe box and are extremely light. I've already purchased my second pear as in as many months. Your customer service is beyond reproach. I look forward to a Long and lasting relationship with you and my feet.

Love the light color. Every year this style should include a light color as well as a dark color

So far so good. I wear a 10D womens, and I am NOT a runner. I used to wear Ariel and switched to Addiction, only in part due to the price difference. I like that the 2020 Ariel toe box has been rounded out. During my workout I felt noticeably more stable (than in my Addictions), to my surprise and delight. The heel back really hugs my heel. I just hope that the collar holds up better than on the Addiction.

I have high arches and a wide instep, so it's a challenge to find running shoes that support my feet properly. After trying several different pairs, these were the perfect fit!

Great shoe, good support. Brooks are the only running shoe to buy. My only suggestion would be to re-enforce toe area with a heavier material/leather. my big toe seems to turn up and I get a hole in top of shoe.

Very comfortable and stable shoe for the walking that I do. I have a torn tendon and wearing this shoe reduces the pain by keeping me from pronating when I walk. I just wish there were more color options.

I don't run. I have extremely flat feet and stand all day at work. I've had several pairs of Ariel shoes and these are the most comfortable of all so far!

I love these shoes. From the minute I put them on I could tell they would be great. I have real bad knees and real flat feet and I needed something to stop my pain and these do the job.

I love these shoes, I love the cushion with support. Other shoes have cushion and support, but these just have a bit more of each, and I really notice the difference in how the added cushion affects my joints, all the while having support. I have them in both colors. I also have a narrow foot and narrow volume, but these seem to work okay with me. Also, I am a walker, not a runner. Please Brooks, do not get rid of this shoe. Thank You!

Comfortable. Excellent quality. Just wish they had more colors in double wide sizes.

I love my new pair of Ariel 20. First of all, I am not a runner! I am 60+ on my feet all day teaching 5th graders. I have osteoarthritis in one knee, an old fracture in the opposite ankle, and worst of all, I am flatfooted!! These shoes have saved my sanity! I am no longer in pain at the end of the day! I began wearing a pair of Ariel 18 over a year to aide with plantar fasciitis, but the Ariel 20s are even better!!!
