Well built and durable They do have more support in the toe box now (the design debacle that made me stop buying Ariels- they became too flexible in the toes) There are very few flat foot sneakers out there & this is the One gold standard

I absolutely LOVE these shoes. My 4th pair.

I've been wearing Brooks Ariel for years and this version is my absolute favorite! Comfortable, supportive, and sleeker design. Very, very happy with my purchase.

In love with these shoes, I currently use them for work and walking, most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. Years ago I was diagnosed with planter fasciitis and my podiatrist recommended me to buy some Brooks tennis shoes because they offer the best support and because they are sturdy they are the best for my feet, when I saw them I didn't like the style so much but when I tried them I always sold, now they have come up with so many more styles and colors, without sacrificing the quality. I have owned and currently own several of these shoes, Ariel are my favorite, worth every penny, I usually buy them in pairs, currently have one for work and one for leisure, and I'm getting ready to buy some more, for myself and my boyfriend, I recently got him a pair and his feet are no longer in pain, he says it feels like walking on a cloud. All I said to him is I told you they are the best. Now, he swears by them too. Keep up the good work, customers for life.

Great shoe, they just aren't the greatest with custom insoles. The support guides don't give (which they shouldn't) so a custom insole doesn't fit quite right in the shoe. They are stylish and light weight. Still kind of prefer my Ariel 18 though.

Shoes feel really good. Wish there were more color options. Like this style and concerned I didn't see a 2021 version. Bought two pairs of 20 in case you are discontinuing style.

The Ariel 20 is wonderful. Nice roomy toe box and terrific cushioning. Fits perfectly for those of us with extra wide feet. Hope Brooks doesn't change a thing on these great running shoes. Will definitely be buying another pair.

These shoes fit perfect. I have wide feet and they fit well, no breaking in period, the guidrail system is good for me, because I have a tendancy to walk on the outsides of my feet.

They fit true to size and are very comfortable. I especially appreciate the cushion. I'll buy these again.

I've been wearing brooks ariels for 18 years. back when i was marathon training in 2003 thru til now as my walkers now that i am less active. they are the best motion-control stabilizing shoe in the market. anytime i've experimented with other shoes i've regretted it. i'll be wearing these forever! thank you!
