Love these!! This is my second pair. They are great for my super wide feet. My foot is destabilized due to a previous injury which has caused painful arthritis. These shoes allow me to walk or run to keep up with my kids with no pain.

I have a terrible time finding shoes that fit my very wide, severely pronated, arthritic feet. These are extremely well made, comfortable and correct my pronation. I have purchased 2 pairs of these. I tried another name brand but the heel drop was too steep and caused pain to the top of my foot where the arthritis is.

I have worn Brooks Ariel for years and love them for Jazzercise dance aerobics.

I’ve been walking three or four times a week in these shoes for over six months. I like them better than my New Balance! Great support and cushioning at the same time. I can lace them up to fit my narrow heel and high arch. I go up a half size to get the toe room that I like. I used orthotics with my New Balance but not with these Ariel 20. I just bought a pair of Brooks’ Adrenaline for the summer, but I will get another pair of Ariels in the fall. I’m not crazy about the two color choices, but the light color has worked out for me.

So light and comfortable. No break-in needed. Felt great from day 1.

I previously reviewed these shoes. After wearing them for just under a week (maybe 4x - 5x out running), I noticed the tops of my toes felt strange. The inside of the left shoe had an unfinished seam in the tip and I had to position my shoe "just right". Then, since I rotate my socks, I also started to notice that my typical socks, which are a little thicker, the shoes were feeling a bit tight. I contacted customer service and WOW, they are exceptional. They sent a replacement shoe in the next size in just a few days. I could continue running. The new shoes arrived the the 1/2 size bigger is perfect. Thank you, Zappos for making this running mom super happy!

I have very flat feet and these are holding up to my 45 minute walks with no problem. Have some very happy feet thanks to these Brooks!

This is a reorder from a previous purchase in a different color, so I obviously was happy with the first order!

Love these shoes. I order the same ones about every four months. Wish there was more colors.

The fit is great, especially if u want a wide toe box because they off a 2E for women. Cushioning is grand…in a class with Hoka. I only wish they offered it in more colors, preferably standard neutral colors, e.g., tan, navy, white. I bought their black with bright blue trim which is fine.

I’m dealing with a neuroma so my forefoot is very very fussy! This shoe provides ample cushioning (in a class with Hoka) and with the 2E availability, it provides ample room for the forefoot, even if I want to occasionally add toe separators. To be recommended if u want good cushioning, support & wide toe box. I only wish it came in more color options, especially neutral ones, to be worn all the time!

These are my "go-to" shoes. I have arthritis in my feet and a bad back (requiring me to stand more than the average person throughout the day). I buy 2-3 of these shoes at a time so that I may "rotate" them. I also walk about 3 miles/day X 7 days/week. I pretty much plan and budget for buying these in a set twice a year to keep me going!

Perfect Comfortable

I wanted these in both colors because they are so comfortable and I have a severe case of plantar fasciitis. Only thing i would suggest is more colors. thanks, Cathy

I knew to buy this shoe larger than my usual size. Great fit, and very comfortable!

Perfect shoe for my orthotic foot, ankle brace. Purchased a half size up and extra wide and it’s just right on my foot with orthotic, but still works for other foot. While not the most stylish, not too bad.
