Great

I bought these shoes through a different online company. They felt too small and I was stumped as to why because I have bought Brooks many times before. So when searching for the same shoes in larger size I had to find a different supplier for availability. Zappos recommended right on product description to buy half size larger. Voila! Wish the other company had done the same. Shoes fit well and feel great. Recommended by my physical therapist.

I am in love with wearing these shoes! They fit perfectly and are great support for my over pronation. They are adorable shoes, too, so that helps! The shoelaces are a bit strange... I've never had any made of this material before, but that's so very minor of a detail, and I don't really mind them at all!

I love my Brooks Ariel shoes! I was a Brooks Addiction person for decades, but the additional support in the Ariel is fabulous. It was time for me to replace my oldest ones and our local stores were short on inventory, so I turned to Zappos. They had exactly what I wanted and my shoes arrived in a matter of days. Most people tend to need a half size up in Brooks, so keep that in mind if you are purchasing your first pair.

Love these shoes. So comfortable. I have a terrible plantar fasciitis flare up, aggravating my heel spurs. I can wear them with little pain with it my orthotics.

Ariel is by far my favorite shoe made by Brooks. I suffered a terrible ankle injury years ago and I have trouble finding shoes that fit correctly, have support, have stability, have enough room in the toe box and still look like attractive. I have tried a number of other styles of Brooks when Ariel was unavailable and they never checked all the boxes. Ariel is superior to all the others for my needs.

I love these shoes so much. I am on my feet all day and they are very comfortable and supportive.

Have narrow feet but need wider toe-box and like cushion in my running shoes. I have to buy at least a half to full size larger than my regular shoes in most athletic or hiking shoes. These fit the bill perfectly!

This is the 3RD pair of Brooks Running Ariel 20's. I walk/run over 11,000 steps everyday in these very comfortable and supportive Ariel 20.

I power walk 3 miles in these shoes every day. This is my 2ND pair of Brooks Running Ariel 20 and they are GREAT!

I have horribly flat feet, arthritis in the feet and bunions. I take 2 to 3 mile walks daily. These are the most comfortable shoes for all my feet issues. And they've lasted longer than other brands I have bought. Hopefully Brooks keeps this style and version around for years to come. Love them!

Great comfort with support

The shoe fits great. I first bought a size 9 which was a little short and tight on my toes. I went up to a size 9-1/2 and they fit great.

LOVE the Ariel '20. I replaced the insoles with my orthotics without needing to get a larger size. They provide max support, and I use them for long walks and at the gym. I hope they make them in additional colors.

The fit is perfect for my 9 wides. I LOVE these shoes. Very, very, VERY comfortable.

Size and fit are great! Was truly impressed with the service from Zappos! I had never heard of this company before, but want to get the Brooks Ariel 20 shoes. So, I took a chance on this company. I wasn't able to find the shoes locally or on any other internet site. Zappos must of had the last pair in America! They were delivered on Christmas Eve as promised! Great customer service! Thanks and I'll order my next pair of shoes from Zappos!

Brooks Ariel are my rock star shoes! My orthodect inserts are designed specifically for this shoe. I can walk for miles and my problem feet feel supported and comfortable at the same time. Pricey but worth it.

Ordered same size as always 5th pair I have had and the design is great. Size runs almost full size smaller.

These shoes are my best Brooks yet! They are very roomy in the toes which is important to me because I have arthritis I my feet and toes. They are very padded and the support is excellent. They are also cool looking with the turquoise accent.
