Use case: Walker, 185 pounds, arthritic knees w/ no ACLs, medium arches, mild supination PRO Stable. I tend to tweak my (very very bad) knees when walking, and my ankle tend to roll to the outside. After ~20 miles, has yet to happen in these shoes, and they instill confidence like no others I own, including the ECCO Fusions I've been wearing for years. Comfortable. The footbed and upper are absolutely first rate. My heal is in a sports car bucket seat, while my forefoot is in a limo. I tried a pair of Adrenaline 20's, and they didn't compare -- like going from a Lexus to a Toyota. Style. Simple, sleek, sporty yet conservative. Could use a couple more colorway choices, but gray and black have it covered pretty well. If I have a word printed on the outside of my shoes, it might as well be "Beast." CON Cushion. Not a very plush shoe. Probably a trade-off for maximum stability, so I can't fault it as a design decision. I prefer the midsole of the ASICS Gel-Nimbus 22, but I don't feel the same confidence walking far from home in the ASICS. Flexibility. The forefoot is less flexible than many of my non-athletic shoes. I suspect his is another max-stability tradeoff.

Worn the Beast for 15 years and this model is the best yet; very stable and nicely toned down graphics.

Love these shoes! This is my 3rd pair and the 20s are the best yet! As a big guy, I appreciate the comfort and support that I get from my Beasts. My walks have lengthened and my foot pain has diminished!

Very comfortable and they run slighty shorter than my typical walking shoes.

While I find the overall support of the shoe great, I'm not really a fan of the mesh material on the top front of the shoe, it feels flimsy. Not quite as "Beast-y" as older versions.

I am not a runner. I am a 80 year old walker. I have found these shoes to be very comfortabe and a good fit. I have to wear inserts and these only the shoes I have found that fit good with inserts.

I think the Beast DNA was a better shoe, more stable, the top material felt better to me, I liked the blue color better than black and I think the DNA was a bigger shoe all around and I liked that too.

I was really concerned about the design change from '18 to '20 model. But, these are a better shoe, at least initially. Much lighter but with good padding and foot steadying mechanics. The other shoes are as twice as heavy The new models are really comfortable and featherweight compared to the predecessor. I do worry that this Beast is so much lighter in materials that it won't stand up to the pounding that we big people put on them when out running. My last pair of 18's lasted about 4.5 months before it became noticeable how much punishment I was inflicting on calves, shins and ankles. At $160+, if these things don't hold up a half year, I'll have to go searching for something else. So basically, I'm praying these feel as good in a few months as they do now. They are sturdy, comfortably and with far less armor on them. My initial runs make wearing them a dream, but I'm skeptical they'll last.

I have worn Brooks Beasts for many years, and they have always fit perfectly, until now. The new design is too narrow in the toe. I have returned the shoes. Why did Brooks have to ruin a good thing?

Does not stand the weight of a heavier runner. The midsole (heel, inner) is easily compressed after hardly 120 km resulting in shin and knee issues.

Awful shoe with no support. I over pronate and need the support. Lots of cushion but felt like I was walking on bare feet. 2018 was far superior. I do not like the changes.
