This pair of Brook's Glycerin 18 running shoes are my fourth pair of Brooks. This pair of shoes are the lightest pair of shoes I've worn. Since wearing these shoes in the past three weeks, I've received several positive comments on them. I'm a 73 year old male who does moderate exercise, who appreciates a "great" pair of shoes. I now have them. Thank you, Brooks!

I never leave reviews but had to after owning these shoes for over two plus months. Initially I was on the fence being a maxed cushion and my first pair of Brooks, but when you pick up speed they don't feel overly soft or slow at all. I've noticed a significant reduction in joint pain. What I like most is the over all fit. They feel like a real 'sneaker' if that makes sense. I bought a pair of Nike react infinity around the same time and while they're great for flat straight surfaces and seem a little quicker, they feel unpredictable on any other terrain. I've always bought nike's for running and the fit is always a little off. Whether it's the shape or the rigid flyknit depending on the model. But not the glycerin 18's. They fit perfect out of the box. The heel almost locks in place and the upper fabric is really well done. Even the laces are cozy. I mix in dirt paths along with road running and it never feels like my foot is sliding around or going to roll. I went with all black and the pattern on the upper fabric and sole look cool. Amazingly comfortable shoe, very satisfied.

I am a woman with a wide foot, narrow ankle. After a long search, the Glycerin in a mens 2E fits comfortably. (For other folks with wide feet - I found the Glycerin mens 2E is wider than a Ghost mens 2E.)

These are the most comfortable running shoes I have ever had. They give me great ankle support.

This shoe is amazing. I had the 12s then, after a few years of weekly 2-3 mile runs, replaced with the 18s. The harder I run the smoother it feels.

I just received my much awaited pair of these kicks a few days ago. I have to say that after a couple of long distance runs to break them in and stretch the toe box a wee bit, they are right now the Brooks starship for cushion neutral road running shoes! I've increased my run time by 10-15 min and after a run, my feet and knees do not hurt at all. It's really like running on a cloud! I'm going to try a pair of Ghost 13's next so that I can have the ultimate tag team of go-to shoes. :)

The shoe has good cushion and stability. Although it isn't important this is the best looking shoe I have purchased dating back to Glycerin 7. I use a pair of shoes for 500 miles and a typical pair will last 80 days.The stability is important because I have a tendency to roll my ankle. Given the terrible road conditions where I live a stable shoe is very important. The sole of this shoe is different from the prior Glycerin which has me a little concerned but time will tell.

This is the same shoe my husband has been wearing for several years.

I love the Glycerine. The 18 is even more comfortable on my knees than the 17.

Very comfortable and stable shoe. This is my 3rd pair. Nothing comes close to these for comfort

This shoe has made running more enjoyable for me. A previous shoe caused my foot to always feel sore, the Glycerin makes running fun again.

Love these shoes! Just did my first half marathon in them earlier this month and I'm loving them. I had some issues with other shoes, blisters, sore spots etc... but ever since I switched over to these it's been smooth sailing:)

I typically run 3 times a week between 3-5 miles and have loved this model so far. I loved the 16 and felt like the 17 was a step back, but this shoe feels slightly more narrow than 17s in the toe box, and that's exactly how my feet are shaped. Did not need break in and comfortable, cushioned every run so far (had them for about 2-3 months).

Just a wonderful shoe and light enjoying walking in these shoes like walking on air .and a good running shoe for people that runner it will help on your knees for sure

I tried these shoes at the request of my wife, I usually always wear Merrill's shoes as my everyday shoes but these are so comfortable I'm starting to wear them more than my Merrill's.

This is my favorite shoe. I run ultra marathons and even during a 100 miler I still have enough cushion and support all the way to the end.

Light. Sleek. Supportive for long runs. Already ordered my second pair during roa. The best running shoe on the market for my feet. Lasted 420 miles without an issue.
