I have bought the 2000 for over 10 years and bought them for all of my family members who are competitive runners. The shoes used to be great for me, but the most recent design does not work for me and I wore them out on the outside in less than 200 miles. Not happy with these shoes.

I have 2 pairs of these shoes in the exact same size. The newest pair is too short in length and hurts my right foot. I do not recommend buying two of the same pair.

The shoes doesn't bend. Not possible to run in. The heel has hard plastic, witch can cause blisters.

I'm a long time Asics wearer and have had several pairs of GT-2000s, which is why I didn't hesitate to ask for these shoes as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately something in the design has changed so that there is no structure in the toe box. When you walk or run the center of the toe box collapses in the middle making them extremely uncomfortable. I'm so disappointed and hope this is corrected in future models.

I am incredibly unhappy with this iteration of the GT-2000 shoes. The "updated technology" is no longer fit for folks for overpronate. I had been happily wearing the GT-2000 series for over 4 years, and after a few weeks of wearing these shoes, my knees started to bother me. It got to the point where my left knee hurt enough that I had to stop running for over a week, and even now, weeks after that, I'm still recovering. Fortunately I was able to snag one last pair of the GT-2000 7 series before they ran out of stock in my size. My knee pain has improved considerably since returning to a shoe that properly handles overpronation. During a pandemic when it's hard to go get fitted for new shoes, I was incredibly disappointed to discover I could no longer depend on Asics.

I have been wearing ASICS for years. I have a narrow foot for which there are almost no styles available. Sadly, theses don't feel right. I wish the Kayan still came in narrow.

They did not work for me. Way too narrow! I had to return.

I have been buying Asics for years so I know my size and normally don't need to break them in before wearing them. This pair, however, does not fit at all. The width is about 3/4 the size of usual so I can't wear them without pain.

I've been buying GT 2000 shoes for a long time now. These are much cheaper quality than when I previously bought them and there is much less arch support. My feet actually get sore from wearing them. Very disappointed. Would not purchase again and would definitely not recommend them to anyone.

They formed holes in both toes within 1-2 months. I always get ASICS but it's something about this new knit that made them get holes. Had to contact the company for months during COVID to get any response.

I’ve been buying GT2000 for 20 years. This style was back to the short toe box. I wish they would quit messing with the toe box. The arch support felt smaller as well. I’m an overpronator and need the arch support. That’s why I buy ASICS. I also don’t like that they aren’t making narrows anymore. All that said the colors were great ?

The arch support is dismal and doesn't keep an overly-pronated foot in subtalar neutral.

Having started shopping from home owing to the corona virus restrictions these are the first running trainers i have bought online. I had hoped that i had matched my purchase as close as possible to my existing pair of Asics however that has not proved to be the case, first run in my new trainers felt really disappointing. Im reluctant to try again so have returned to my faithful 1 year old pair for now.

I really wanted to love these shoes. I tried walking in them just a few miles at a time but they are so hard that the balls of my feet were in terrible pain by the end of each walk. I bought these to wear to work as I am on my feet for almost the entire 8 hour day at a hospital but there is no way my feet would tolerate these shoes.

I bought the previous version of these just over a year ago and they have been a god send. I got awful shin splints with past trainers and these have been perfect. I got these as a replacement and they are perfect. Wear them to run and play netball and wouldn't wear anything else from now on!

Do not buy this product. The size are very off. I've bought ASICS for three years and recently the pair I ordered doesn't fit because their size is no longer the same. There measurements are off.

There were two different shoes in the box so I was very unhappy and returned the size 12 pair. Unacceptable Zappos- especially after waiting several weeks for the shipment

I was using Dynaflyte 2 then Dynaflyte 3. Both were size 8. So when I switched to GT-2000 8, I decided to go with size 8. They were too small. I now have 3 blisters on my toes.... And it is painful.....
