Very disappointed in the lid. Pops off and doesn't seal very well.

I had previously been gifted a Vera Bradley tumbler several years ago that I loved. As a Mom, I took it everywhere and as would be expected it got dropped/bumped/beat up, but only broke after the seal between the two walls of the tumbler finally cracked/gave way due to repeated use. Eager to replace it, I purchased a new tumbler on June 4. Even after reading the reviews that it broke easily, I went against my better judgment and purchased a new one. Within two weeks the inner lining cracked the first time it was accidentally knocked over (causing water to fill between the double walls) and yesterday the lid shattered on the edge leaving sharp pieces behind after being knocked over by the wind outside. Unfortunately, the new version of this tumbler needs to be treated more like a glass product than a plastic product. Sad that my days of Vera Bradley tumblers seem to be over.

I have had to buy two of these already as they are not durable at all. They are not made strong at all and after only tipping it over it cracked and broke. This has happened with two of them I have had over the last two months. After reading reviews I noticed others said the same the thing. They are adorable cups, but if you are clumsy at all I wouldn't recommend it.

Don't buy to use as a water bottle. After a week, mine fell apart and busted. It's in the trash!

After receiving the tumbler, I washed it by hand, and water leaked into the space between the double wall. I hadn't used it yet.

This keeps ice as long as a regular cup. So disappointed. Straws come bent and over a week later still hasn't straightened out.

The quality of the Double Wall Tumbler is definitely not the same as previous tumblers I have from Vera Bradley. It is pretty however the main issue I have with it is how difficult it is to screw the lid on it. I have to try a few times before it goes on evenly. When I put my lid on the previous Vera Bradley Tumbler I have to give it several turns before it stops. This new tumbler requires less turns of the lid which means to me the lid is not very secure on the new tumbler. Would not buy this again.

I never dreamed cups could not be placed on top rack of dishwasher. So disappointed the cup was used once and ruined.
