I was given this as a gift and two days later I dropped it!! I called your store in Lake Buenavista where it had been bought and spoke to a knowledgeable young lady (whose name I forget!!) and ordered a replacement tumbler. I received this in 2 days..in perfect condition..and I was very impressed with her efficiency!

I've used this since it came! Love the little lady bug!

I use this everyday! Holds a good amount of water, doesn't sweat, and the straw is soft (which is probably my favorite feature!). Just wish I wasn't so clumsy, I have had to buy a few of these as they do brake if you say toss it across your driveway because you don't have a good grip on it.

Seems great for a cold summer drink.

Cute cup and practical. Only issue is that my mom prefers a handle.

I ordered several for gifts and was pleased with all of them. The designs are fun and colorful, they were well packaged and came soon after I ordered. Great turnaround.

Love that the tumbler shows the whole pattern design and matches the colors exact. Really really wish they would make these dishwasher safe. I read that it wasn't ahead of time so I knew what to expect.

I just can't get enough of these , I use this one every day . Good quality and so cute .

Cute. Fit well into my cup holder in the car. Don't care if it keeps my water warm or cold. When driving, I would rather use a straw to drink from and this is perfect.

Nice, but cover doesn't screw on real easily.

I love everything about it except it sweats

I like all of the features except for the lid. It is difficult to screw on evenly and securely and takes too much effort to get placed properly.

I really like this pretty cherry pattern. It is great to use outside in my back yard. I would love to see the same pattern in melamine plates and bowls to use as picnic ware or in the backyard. I have not had it long enough to determine its' durability yet, so I gave it a 4 out of 5 stars.

I did not get thsi color... but I got one and dropped it from less than a foot off the ground and my lid broke, I can't find how to order one, so I can in store... they say I can't buy just the lid... okay. So, I buy the cup...once again, today, less than a foot off the ground... lid shatters...

Unfortunately there is already water between the layers. I always wash by hand, never dishwasher due to the seal. So I'm not too pleased.

I was quite disappointed with the flimsy plastic straw that came with this. It is warped permanently and at times, makes drinking difficult. I would have thought VB would have better straws with their cups. I will have to buy a stronger/firmer straw in order to drink from this efficiently.

Cup is sturdy and beautiful, but it is not insulated so it doesn't keep drinks cold.

Shape great! Fit great quality! However the lid comes off too hard.

I was not pleased with this Tumbler. The drinks did not stay cold for very long.

The tall cup is very attractive, however, I was unable to use it. The lid must be turned tightly to stay on securely, making it very difficult to unscrew. I ordered two cups in different designs and could not open either one, so I gave them to my granddaughter who has strong young hands. I have used many similar cups in the past without difficulty. Very disappointed.

I love Vera Bradley's bags, but this tumbler has not lived up to the same quality. While the pattern is beautiful (java navy camo) and the tumbler holds the perfect amount of my daily ice tea, the cover will not screw on properly. I have managed to drop the tumbler 3 times now (luckily, it's never cracked) because I grab it from the top and the cover comes off. I'm not sure if it's the ridges on the top or the ridges within the tumbler or if the top is slightly off in size, but it looks like this tumbler will go to the back of the kitchen cabinet-I can't afford to lose another morning drink.
