I wanted a pair of indoor shoes for everyday use. This pair didn't get the job done. They were short and felt flimsy. Toe area felt smaller than usual.

I like the looks of this shoe, the fact that they are so light and that they are basically a really good shoe. That said, they do not have a lot of tread That lack caused me to slip and fall on wet pavement. I'm in Phoenix so you know wet not like in it rained but wet from a lawn sprinkler. BEWARE.

Fit was true to size. Not much arch support. Nice shoe, but not worth $109.99.

I really like these shoes, but the laces are some synthetic material. They repeatedly need to be retied unless I make a double knot. My other NB shoes have better laces!

I find them comfortable but too narrow in the toe box. Lately your shoes are getting narrower and narrower. I need shoes for walking with a wide toe box due to foot condition with cushion. I have the added problem of rubbing holes by my big toe. Finding shoes that help with all these thing that dont look like grandma orthopedic shoes is hard. I'm only 38.

I usually wear NB running shoes. But since I do a lot of walking, thought I would give their walking shoes a try. These are super lightweight and relatively comfortable. I've always worn 8.5 in NB so I didn't think anything of it - especially when the reviews are all so good. Well, I wore these shoes for one day and had the worst blisters on the back of both my feet. As well, these were a bit tight, causing slight numbness. Consider going up a size.

I probably have 5 pairs of NB fresh foam sneakers in my closet, but they are all several years old. They are all a size 8. I got these in a size 8 and felt that they were slightly small, so I sized up to 8.5 which is a little too big. Unlike my other sneakers these gave me a small blister on the top of my foot where the shoes "break" where my toes bend, and after a few weeks of daily walks the creases are quite visible on both shoes. Lastly, they get dirty very quickly but they can be washed. On the plus side they are reasonably cute and I like the grey color. They also have nice cushioning.

I have foot problems, bunions, crooked toes, flat feet but I have never had a pair of New Balance I couldn't wear right out of the bix. Especially a shoe I had already bought once before which fit wonderfully. This one rubbed a bruise or something on two toes. I stretched it several times. Redid the lacers. Nothing worked. I even sliced the tongue from the side. Finally I threw them in the garbage. Sorry not happy. Maybe have bought 10 pairs of New Balance.

Good comfortable shoe for daily walking but not enough arch support for long distance walking.

I was hoping the arch support would be much stronger. I have worn new balance walking shoes before until I developed plantar fasciitis. I was hoping these shoes would help but they have not. Heel still hurts. The Chaco footbed seems to be the only one that gives me relief.

I was hoping this shoe would be good for standing all day but the shoe is very narrow and runs smaller than my normal size. Can't send back because I've worn them once

I did love these shoes for walking. However, I’ve had them for about three months and there is now a rip in the toe area of the left shoe. I don’t think I’ve ever had a pair of sneakers fall apart so quickly.

I am very disappointed with this shoe. I have worn New Balance for many years, probably on my 10-12 pair. I find this shoe totally unacceptable.
The counter is very weak and does not stand up. The support in the heal is basically nonexistent. My podiatrist originally recommended New Balance because of the strong heal support. This shoe does not have the same support that previous New Balance Shoes have had. Very disappointed.

I got terrible blisters on my heels the first time I wore them and 2 weeks later still waiting for them to heal.
Haven't worn them since. 2 star rating is based on style,

I ordered extra wide due to a bunion and the shoe fits like a regular size even though it says 2E on it

I bought these shoes for walking. One shoe has caused blisters on the back of my ankle. They are not too big or too small. My husband bought the same style shoe in men's and his does the same.

I order these shoes because they came in xx-wide but the toe box was still do narrow. So I am going to try another pair and style. New Balance are great to work with

I ordered the shoes for walking. I have walked in them three days and the foam is flattening. It's not a good product for walking daily or mileage.

The show industry has decided to marginalize and completely ignore people - women - with narrow width feet. Not too long ago the industry made narrow width shoes - AA width. But, no longer. We with AA width feet can't buy shoes that fit and the industry no longer cares!!!!! Can't work out safely when your shoes are too big!!!! THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS STANDARD WIDTH. Standard is medium width - B - meaning fat!
