I ordered these for my son for his birthday. He was so excited to get them yet when they arrived they had a 2 inch deep scratch on top of slipper. I wanted to send them back and get a new a new pair especially since they were [$]. He did not want to send them back because he was so excited. I am disappointed in the company for sending out a [$] product without making sure product is in perfect condition.

I was really impressed with the warmth and comfort of these slippers. However, I'm a bit concerned about the size of the sole. This seems to be a major design flaw. The sole is too narrow and does not cover enough of the leather on the bottom and front of the slipper. The leather actually touches the ground. I'm afraid that this will cause excessive wear on the leather and reduce the longivity of the slipper. This is my first pair of slippers, so only time will tell.

The exterior fabric goes around the rubber sole but hangs down at the same level as the rubber bottom so most of the sides now have turned black from being so close to the ground. would buy again if this problem gets fixed!

A not so great thing about them is that the material on the outside surrounds the rubber bottom, like there is no lift of the ground. So the entire side and bottom of the material is always touching the ground so it gets dirty and has turned black. And that's the only big thing that bother me about them. Would purchase again if that problem wasn't there.

I bought these shoes online and they were great for the first month...then after that It all went down hill. In the school I go tto it is required that I wear brown dress shoes...so I bought these shoes. For the first month they were great, and they still are on the outside, but the insides are raggedy. The website suggests that you don't wear socks with them, big mistake. The fur in the insole started to pick up and the glue gets all over my feet. Also, it makes uor feet smell really bad, the website says it wicks away moister. And it does, but it wicks it away to under the insole. Now my shoes stink. Also any oils that were on ur feet end up all over the inside of the shoe. Also the fur falls out and for the first week they are hard to wear until they form to your feet. On the other hand they are extremely comfortable and stylish...with a few upgrades they will be a great shoe

When i first got my uggs i was so exxcited and for about a month i noticed the inside of the shot was falling appart, the fur was glued to the bottom of the shoe and it ripped right out! they are still comfotable but, the bottoms wore out extremely fast and now i can only wear them at home because they are being shredded on the bottom from no rubber! they are not really all there cracked up to be!

Just got these for my husband. He usually wears a 10.5 wide or 11 shoe. I bought a 12 and he can't even begin to get his foot into the slipper. I really wish UGG would come out with wide shoes/slippers. They are so cute and look so comfy it pains me to have to send them back.

Not as soft as I was expecting compared to how great the sheets are. It also snags easily so I do not see it lasting. I had high hopes. This is like a week or two old.

Love the product, love the quality. But I have two other (very old) pairs both size 10. My new size 10 is way too small. I'm not confident my foot or stretchers will totally help. Disappointing.

I buy American Shoes in a 12.5 wide. I bought the 13 years ago and always had to stuff my feet into them. They don't just slip on. With a bad back it is not enjoyable. I just received they size 14 leather Ascott's and can barely fit in them and the 15 is not available. Frustrating buy.

Bought these slippers about 2 months ago but, we live in Texas, so I haven't worn them until about 3 weeks ago. The stitching is already coming apart. They look old and kind of ratty already like I got a defective pair or something. Haven't bought uggs in years, I've been buying Bearpaw and overall, pretty disappointed with this pair of slippers.

I didn't get the chestnut/tan color I expected, and it came in a darker color, so I haven't taken them out of the box. I'd like to return them, and have tried, but it's become complicated.

The new shoes are not the same quality. They do not fit as well as previous UGG's.

They just have changed the plush on the sole because these are not nearly as comfortable as my first pair purchased in 2018/2019. Price vs quality I would recommend a different brand. Personally, I would have paid a bit higher price for the higher quality ascot slippers.

Not as comfortable as previous UGG's I have purchased. Other cheaper slippers are just as comfortable with out the high cost.

I bought the wide slipper and apparently the sole is the same width regardless. My foot overhangs both sides and it feels like I'm tight rope walking on the sole.

I order the same size as the last pair I bought but these are much looser.

Ordered a size 11 because I usually wear a 10.5 in a slip-on shoe. Couldn't get my foot in without some major discomfort! I gave them to my size 9.5 son, and he is happy with them :-)

I plan to return a pair of slippers that i bought- got size 10 (which I am in all shoes)- one slipper is just too small- have tried wearing them around (after needing a shoe horn to get it on) for a few days and even tried using a shoe tree but does not help

Bought these slippers for my husband. He loves Oggs, but these ran so small we are returning them

Bummer that these are running bigger than my other 2 pairs of Ugg slippers. They slip off my heels when I walk and I don't want to wear socks with them!!
