I may have to return as too small. I wear a size 10.5 so ordered 11. Too small

Always love my Uggs but the lastest slipper I purchased, which was the same size as my boots, was at least a size too small. Frustrating for several reasons, including not being comfortable ordering online before trying them on.

For $100 the liner should have lasted longer

I'm on my third pair of Ascot black leathers. The sheepskin interior is so soft, comfortable and warm. The black leather exterior is very stylish. I absolutely love them, except one big drawback that may keep me from buying anymore. The description says that they have an indoor/outdoor sole. I do agree that the sole is durable enough for both, but what I have seen on all three of my pairs is that the toes don't keep up to outdoor use. As I walk, I've worn holes right through the leather at the toes when wearing them outdoors. Now as I walk, everything comes in that hole, including rain and snow. I can't even run to my mailbox in the morning without dew coming in the hole and soaking my socks. If the rubber came up on the toe for protection as it does on the heel, they'd be perfect, otherwise I don't recommend leaving the house with them.

Was hoping they would have a better heel cushion. Thy are a bit tight aso! Definitely will not feel off while you are walking!

Good quality, just don't fit properly. Slippers should slide on easily. I bought one size larger and still have to use a shoe horn. Not good.

I ordered a 10 men's but it' fits like a size 9, returning for an 11

Ordered for Xmas gifts so can not answer all of these right now. One thing I have to say is that I ordered slippers for my sone in brown (chestnut) and they shipped me Grey. I had to go to thhe store and change them. Fortunately they had them in stock and the store was within 10 minles from my house. Also, I purchased through ebates and I neve got my money that was owed because UGG never reported my purchase!!!! :-(

I bought these to keep as slippers in the house, but the quality of the product seemed questionable. In the past, every item I purchased from Ugg has been spectacular, and the upper this smooth suede type surface. I received these and the upper has horrible rough and it really made the item look ugly. The pair I bought was wide, but to small, so I tried going one size up, and I also hoped the next pair would have the upper that I love. I exchanged the item, but the upper was still the same disgusting rough material. I returned the item. I

A bit disappointed in them. Quality of slipper has decreased since my previous purchase a handful of years ago. Price remains high, but shoe is merely average.

Ordered a size larger and it fits, but is still narrow. They are soft and luxurious. Beautiful leather and sheepskin lining.

The slippers are the best I have ever worn, but the sides have worn through to the fur after 4 months. I will wear this pair only on carpet and maybe on tile or hardwood I would like to get at least a year out of them. Would rate these a five if they would hold up.

For the price and previous reviews maybe my expectations were too high. These are very tight, so maybe I need to break them in more. The tag is also bothersome when sock-less and it does not come off easily without leaving any.

We love Uggs, but-- this slipper was WAY too small. I could have ordered 2 sizes bigger. After I ordered this particular slipper, I read the other reviews and most said, "order a bigger size, these run very small." all the other Uggs have been wonderful.

love the look, hate the feel - they are rock hard no padding or cushioning. very disappointed.

I ordered 1 size larger after reading previous comments. Still too small. Also not tall enough to accommodate from sole to top of foot. I wish they had fit, they seemed like they would have been very nice to wear!

it is convient shoes in winter

I ordered a 10 and received a 13. I have returned the item and will be glad to review it when we receive the correct size. Not sure how that happened, just hope the turn around time is not too long.

Looked good and well constructed. However, I found the Romeo II was more comfortable and better suited as an indoor slipper which I wanted. The Ascot had a thick sole which added to stiffness and less comfort. Also the shoe had a tendency to tilt slightly inward when worn. I did not like the pronation.

I have small feet, so got a child's size...but my judgement on size was wrong. I have uggs in child size 4, but wanted something wider b/c my feet swell, so by looking at this thought it'd be perfect if i got it in a 5 for when they swell. However the back keeps popping up b/c it's too big, and the toe is narrower than i expected, not too practical for me. I have moccassons in 4s and they are wider in toe...so I think I will get a pair in 5s for the swelling aspect.

Really too narrow for me and my width is medium size 14. Purhaps other sizes are better designed. Surprised that this design reached production without more product testing.

This house shoe is really nice looking and of great quality. Had to return because sizing is at least one size off. Runs small. Order a whole size larger.

I bought these shoes around christimas time and they're so comfortable! The only problem is is that the front of the shoes start to scar if you don't protect them.

Uggs quality, warm cozy and with style. Just wish the sole was full size or more durable kinda like GRADUATION STYLE.
