These are comfortable right out of the box!!!

This is a fabulous looking shoe. I have been looking for an oxford that would fit my wide forefoot for a long time. I ordered a size larger than my normal size thinking the seam on the toe cap might be binding. It wasn't binding. Unfortunately the shoe was too big. I'm returning and hoping the black in my size comes back in stock soon.

This was the first time I've purchased from Zappo's. I am very happy and will do so again. The shoes fit perfect and are very comfortable. I'm used to trying things on because sizes can very, but no trouble here.

I really like these shoes. They are nice looking with both pants and dresses. Comfortable and fit well.

Fit was great! I have a wider than average foot and was very comfortable all day. I see another pair in my future!

I have a wide and tall foot and love to wear an oxford style shoes. Usually oxfords run too narrow for the medium width but this one fit my size 9.5 wide foot comfortably. I bought a second pair to wear when the first pair wears out.

This shoe was pretty comfortable other than a somewhat disappointing arch support. I wear 7-7.5 and got these in 7.5. They were slightly loose which would be fine with wool socks but even with my own shoe inserts they were only fairly comfortable on my very persnickety feet--wider in front and skinny heels. I was considering keeping them and then tried another shoe which felt more comfortable. I don't care for the tan shoe lace either but that's an easy fix. They might be great on a more normal foot but the sole felt a little hard to my feet.

These shoes have very soft leather and a non-slip sole . Love the style as can be dressed up or dressed down.

thanks to others who suggested buying one half size down, these shoes are a tad bigger than their suggested size (I am normally an 8.5 sometimes 9) but fortunately I don't have the heel slippage others have experienced (just a very tiny bit). So far they are pretty comfortable and look good with both jeans and skirts. My only complaint is that they are kind of pricey, will see how long they last for this price.

I was able to use my custom orthotics with this shoe. I love the style and look. They do slip a bit at the heel for me. I have very narrow feet.

A nice looking pair of shoes that I look forward to having for years to come. Soft leather and the bottom is not bad. I was a little afraid of how the bottom might feel after reading some reviews but I'm glad I ordered them.

These shoes are beauties! I love them. I would say get a half size smaller. They are pretty comfortable and obviously stylish. If you are on your feet ALL day, I would still recommend putting insoles in them.

the leather is stiff and pushed hard into the top of my foot. Bummer because they're so darn cute!

I returned these shoes because the right shoe only felt like my foot was lifting out more than the left when walking. I tied the laces equally tight but never felt comfortable to walk in. I've purchased other Josef Seibels and I loved them. I need them to fit better to spend this much on a pair of shoes. Sad since I liked the way they looked

I loved the look of these shoes but I had to return them because, as others have said, there was no cushioning whatsoever in the footbed. Could never do any extended walking with these for that reason. You’d think a shoe manufacturer would have been aware of this problem.

This is a beautiful shoe. It is also the most uncomfortable Josef Seibel shoe that I have ever tried. It is hard and stiff and completely uncomfortable. I own a lot of JS shoes. They are always comfortable and easy to wear right out of the box. These shoes lacked any kind of support. What a disappointment. They are returned.

The style and color were great looking. However, the shoes felt like hard wood. They also looked worn. I am disappointed because I was expecting exceptional shoes from this vendor. I will return these shoes.

Cute shoe, love the brown leather laces, BUT 41 was too short...just a little too much for comfort. Returning.

These shoes were obviously worn before I got them. Very disappointed. Sending back.
