These shoes are highly rated but are just not good shoes. They fit fine but they slap the ground when you run. They also developed a tear in the same spot on both shoes. I’ve only worn them a handful of times and haven’t had anything rubbing against them. I’ve never had this issue with any other shoe before.

Wear them everyday! Whether running or riding bikes, or just walking the dog, these shoes provide me the support my feet need and reduce the stress on my knees. Extremely comfortable!

Love the shoes! I am 72 and have been wearing Mizuno shoes for several years. I walk a lot, and these don't leave my back or legs hurting. I am a moderate supinator and these work very well for me.
I'd also recommend:
I also wear Mizuno Inspire shoes and love them.

Shoe fits great. Very comfortable right out of the box. Went for a short 3 mile run to try them out and they felt great. Love the look of the wave knit design (white/black version). Would recommend them if you are a neutral runner.

I am 50 years old and have been running for 35 years, including 5-K to marathons, and found these shoes to be one of the best I have ever laced up. I ran the NYC marathon in the WAVEKNIT2 without any issues. The higher heel-to-toe ratio for me is a game changer in a shoe that is this light and durable. I would highly recommend.

Only 13 miles into running with these shoes but after coming from two pairs of ASICS Kayano 25 and several pairs of New Balance's, these are my favorite shoes to date. Definitely has a little more spring in the step and the 12mm drop helps propel your forward and keep your hips tight all while reducing the strain on your calves. Overall, feeling a lot less fatigued after runs and already setting faster paces throughout 5 mile runs.

As soon as I put them on I was extremely happy with my purchase. Not only do they look good but boy are they comfortable!

I usually wear a new pair of running shoes for a day or two around the house to see how they feel before heading out for a run. The Rider WaveKnit 3 fit great and have just the support I need. I ran in them first day and the comfort just keeps coming. They fit to size and look and feel great.

I've only worn this product 3 times for a total of 10 miles so far because I rotate running and walking shoes. I believe it's a good shoe for someone with a neutral gait. I'm primarily a competitive USATF masters race walker. This shoes weighs about 10 oz. with a 12mm heel to toe drop. I'll use it mostly for running as a training shoe. It is a little too stiff, heavy and a high heel for race walking. WaveKnit 3 is comfortable so far, but I'll need to put some more miles on them to give a more accurate review.

Very good cushion and feel. I was looking for something similar to the Brooks Ghost and this is amazing. The toe box actually fits me even better.

I use this pair as my primary running shoe. 5k's and workout runs 2 - 4miles. They are light weight and provide great cushioning and support.

I use these shoes mainly for golf when I'm walking and carrying my golf bag. They are lighter and more comfortable than my golf shoes.

I like the fore foot cushioning that is lacking in the Rider 22 and 23s, I have a narrow foot and they work well for me.

I have wide feet and have always walked on the outside of my feet. After doing research on supination, I realized I needed to change my shoe...enter these little beauties. It took a few days for my feet to adjust however these are the most comfortable shoe (outside of my Birks) that I've ever owned. Highly recommend!

This is my second pair of Mizuno running shoes and they are better than I remember. I heal strike when I run and these really soften the impact and give me a very comfortable run on concrete.
