The width of the shoe is fine, but the shoe narrows in the toebox section. Otherwise, beautiful shoe and seems comfortable. Maybe the shoe works for a narrow foot.

This shoe is adorable in the ruby red color - has a kind of Euro cool look that I really like. Unfortunately, the shape of it is not compatible with my foot. I ordered my usual size 5.5W and the toe box is extremely narrow - more like a M. Granted, my feet are difficult to fit: I have a wide forefoot and narrow heel, and these fit me great in the heel. but the toe box was too narrow and also lacks the depth I need for my high arches. As with all SAS shoes, the design and workmanship are fabulous, the materials are excellent and I especially appreciate the quality of the laces - unlike all other vendors I've shopped, SAS actually provides good quality laces that are the right length for the size of the shoe, and they always offer a second set of laces that are a little fun - these came with a set that has a little glitter in them, in addition to the regular red laces. Nice shoe for those of you with very narrow feet! SAS, please offer more of your shoes in red - it's fun and goes with almost everything!

I love the look of this shoe and was very disappointed to have to return it, but even WW was too narrow for my feet. I do have bunions, but can usually wear an extra-wide size. Seems to be well made, but I will have no chance to test how it wears.

I bought these in red from another online store and I love them except for two things:
1) They are not sturdy on wet floors. My feet start sliding and I have to walk very slowly to ensure I don't fall. Walking on wet pavement is fine.
2) My ankles are more narrow than the front of my foot and even though I tie the laces tightly, I can feel my ankles moving in the sneaker. I've been wearing the Free Time since I was 36 and although they are the best support for my feet and knees, I just wanted something different and more stylish.
I will still wear these shoes because I love the way they look, just not every day.

I love SAS and needed new sneakers as I am doing hours of walking a day during quarantine. I wear 12 N and hardly anyone even makes a 12N sneaker. I ordered Sporty Lux and Tour Mesh. Sporty Lux is lower around the ankle, felt a bit stiff, and overall seemed lower quality than Tour Mesh. SAS is the best brand I have found in terms of structure and support. I have high arches. I have some SAS oxfords -lace up non sneakers- that are shining despite hours and hours of walking in them. I just also wanted some sneakers besides my fabulous black SAS lace ups.

I'm used to the extremely comfortable insole and footbed of my other SAS shoes, so disappointed in the two pair of Lux shoes I purchased. The insole is very thin and does not provide the support or comfort that my other SAS walking and tennis shoes provide. The toe box is nice and wide, and the "wide" width works well for me. The colors I ordered (black and the blue plaid) are very cute, and look great. But unfortunately with the foot surgeries I've had, leaving pins and plates in my feet, these shoes will not be the ones I turn to if I plan to be on my feet all day.

It was not comfortable. My feet are tough to fit but these hit uncomfortably in the back and in the front top. Will send back.
I'd also recommend:
I like SAS shoes but sneakers do not work; I like Brooks,

This is just the look I wanted in a casual shoe. It is very stylish. My only complaint is that it is described as having "Tripad comfort". I have LOTS of SAS shoes in lots of styles and they all have Tripad Comfort which is clearly marked in the shoes. These shoes do not have that marked on the inner sole because they are NOT Tripad Comfort. If I had not worn them several times I would return them because the ball of my foot gets tired after wearing them for a length of time.

While I liked the look, style, and good laces of this walking shoe, on my first wearing I felt a sharp pain in the arch of my smaller foot (strangely not in the slightly wider foot), and have had some lingering pain there since. I also found these difficult to put on and take off, and very stiff. The SAS shoes come in both wide and double wide, yet they do not seem as wide as some other brands. Overall, a sad experience as I really liked the look of these shoes. I have given them to a friend. I would ask SAS to consider making a really wide fit available for those of us who do not find even the double wide adequate.

SAS shoes usually fit me very well - but these didn't work. I have tricky feet - narrow heel but not toes - and the heel rubbed right away, so had to return. I will still be ordering others as my SAS shoes eventually wear out!

Nice shoe however, I usually take a narrow but this narrow toe box was too tight for a sneaker type shoe that I would want to wear all day.

I currently own 12 pairs of SAS shoes. I purchased the Sporty Lux Sneaker in red. The sole peeled off of one. The SAS factory store in Lodi OH would not help me because I did no have my paper receipt. I didn't keep the receipt because I did expect them to fall apart. The SAS employee was rude.

I thought this style would be comfortable. WRONG. Wore them shopping. Big mistake. Sorry I paid that much money for shoes that will probably never again leave my closet.

These shoes were terrible on my feet. The soles squeaked on my kitchen floor. The toebox is narrow and short. The leather is stiff. Worst of all is the tongue which is too short and made painful dents where my foot and ankle bend. After less than 2 minutes of wearing in my home, I couldn't wait to get them off my feet and returned.

These shoes are very cute and well made. But the toes are very narrow compared to other SAS styles. I tried two different sizes trying to get them to fit, but they are just not going to work for my foot. Too bad, I really like them.
