I was at first a bit skeptical of this shoe because the outward appearance made me think this shoe was too flat for me and I thought it wouldn't be comfortable. Then I tried them on and my posture improved, I walked without pain, and I fell in love with them. I got the Ruby and was really considering going back for the Blue but I'm really liking the looks of the Taupe/fabric. Might have to get both!!!

Really comfortable fit. I can replace the innersole with my orthotics and there is still plenty of toe room. I have a jammed toe with a slight bunion and this shoe provides enough toe room so that my foot is not pressured and is pain-free. I have always appreciated SAS shoes because of the great support they provide me while I am working. One thing that I am especially enjoying is the introduction of the new red colored shoe; they look very spiffy and I receive lots of compliments. Honestly, as hokey as it sounds, I just like to wear these red shoes. People that I tell about the shoes seem interested to know that SAS stands for San Antonio Shoe Company, a United States Company.

Such a great product. Comfortable and classy. I have had compliments on them. I am 83 and walk a lot. My older shoes are uncomfortable--no cartilege left. These are a dream. Worth every penny. I have 3 prs and wanting to get a fourth. Thanks SAS for making my life so much better!

Great shoe to wear

I have very narrow feet so I am happy that I can find shoes that fit at SAS.

I bought the blue leather Lux Sporty shoes with perforations. Fabulous. Many compliments. After wearing them comfortably for weeks with no foot pain I bought the red ones and finally got the black ones as well. Extremely supportive, but very sporty. These are not "Grandma shows." Buy them one notch wider.

I use this shoes everyday, perfect fit for my deformed arthritic feet

My one foot has major problems as the bones have little to hold them together. This shoe works well and looks good when I want to appear more 'dressed up'. After wearing a 'boot' on one foot for over 20 years while the bones somewhat fuse, it is a relief to appear looking more like a normal person. The black is a great addition for more formal wear.

Wonderfully cushioned, love the vibrant red, I wear them everywhere.

Very comfortable and supportive.

I can't tell you how pleased I was the moment I slid my feet into these shoes. It is so difficult to find shoes that don't look too clunky and old lady-ish and still feel comfortable enough to be able to walk and stand in for any length of time. I ordered the size that I felt would be my perfect fit in a perfect world, size 11N (which is a difficult size to find anywhere), and I'm pleased to report that the fit was exactly right! They even make my feet look smaller than they are and required absolutely no break-in time for me. I really can't vouch for their durability, as I haven't had them long, but I can say that they are made very well. I'm not hard on shoes, so I expect they will hold up well over time. I was torn between the black and the blue and finally chose the black. Now I realize that I need to get the blue too!

I have the red shoe. I wore it all summer as it is light . Most important - the inner sole is unique to SAS shoes and gave my feet the support especially the arch ,

I walk 2 miles everyother day. The are comfortable on hard concrete surfaces.
