I ordered the grey ones in 8M which is my size. The boots are great looking and I really wanted to keep them, but sadly, they are too narrow for my feet and the arch support didn't hit my foot in the right place. These boots are what I call "urban" boots" for short walks and/or office environment, but not for winter with thick socks. So sad because I have other Soft boots that are super comfortable, but had to send them back.

I usually size up my athletic shoes and any boots I plan to wear with a thicker sock. I am normally an 8.5, so I ordered these boots in a 9 and they are perfect. I have had a bunch of foot surgeries, therefore comfort is imperative. I wore these all day without any issues. I might buy them in another color as well!

Super comfortable and great for walking everywhere. I want to love these boots forever, BUT I've only had them for 2 months and the heel is starting to wear through and the covering on the outside of the heel is peeling off...for this price tag, boots had better be of higher quality!

I usually wear a 9 in athletic shoes or boots, and I ordered a 9 in these shoes. They fit fine in the length, but they ARE a little narrow in the forefoot. I have a high arch and the top of the shoe presses down on my toes just a bit. But they are wonderful boots, so comfortable and well made, so I'm keeping them and hoping they will stretch out a bit. I wore them all day today and they are already exhibiting some give. I plan to take them to Ireland with me. My foot is a regular width - if your foot is at all wide these boots won't work.

I really liked the style and color of this shoe but if your feet are even somewhat wide don't waste your time. Had to return :(

Boots that both lace and zip are important to me! I love Sofft shoes, but these were not good. I generally need to buy a new pair of boots every 2-3 years because I wear them almost daily both for work (florist) and out and about. But these didn’t even make it a year! They were definitely NOT waterproof. Usually walking through a shallow puddle should be fine- but water seeped in from around the seams of the soles very soon after I purchased. And several months after that the soles developed a crack as well as the heel area wore down way quicker than any of my other boots.

Beautiful supple waterproof boots. The fit is a true size 7 and Sofft is of course superior in out-of-the-box comfort. Love ? this brand!!!!!

Followed the advice of previous reviewers and ordered a size 9, up from my usual 8.5. This accommodates thicker, winter socks. The snug is fit, but supportive to my ankles. The boots are well made, and look great!

Love these. They have a sleek look. I always move up half a size in boots because of thick socks, so I ordered 9.5. Thick socks and my half sole insert because of lower back issues, and these are perfect!

I think these are so cute and if they are truly waterproof that's awesome, but...t I have regular/narrow long feet and I usually get a 10.5-11 shoe. I got an 11 in this one and they are uncomfortably narrow, hard to get one with medium thick socks and once on clearly the shoe bed was too narrow and super uncomfortable.

I had to work them in a bit because they are Narrow but cute and waterproof and got me comfortably through a wet 12 miles of walking in a single day in Paris.

Love this boot so much I got them in both whiskey and black. As others had reported, they run slightly narrow and based on the other comments I purchased a half size larger which turned out perfect for me. If I wear a slightly thicker sock, I just loosen the laces a bit. Very comfortable and warm though I don't really feel these are snow boots.

Love these boots & they are waterproof! When I first tried them on they felt a little Barrie and I was scared they were going to be a bit stiff. But I loved the look of them so much, I kept them and after wearing them for a couple of days they softened up. Really pleased with the purchase, money well spent. Look great with jeans.

I had read on the reviews that the boot was slightly small, so I ordered up a half size. I always order my boots and tennis shoes a half size larger anyway to account for a thicker sock if I want, so I had no problem with these. The boot is very comfortable and stylish except for the chunky laces. I might try and find something less bulky, especially since I will probably double-knot them to keep them tied.

Order a half size up. I normally wear a 7, but other reviews said they were narrow. I ordered a 7.5 and they fit perfectly. I think my usual size would have been tight. I love the look of these boots so much, they have quickly become my new favorites. I think they look much nicer in person than they do in the picture. They are well made and comfortable enough for everyday wear. So happy I decided to go with these!

Super comfortable and warm

Need size larger. I have a narrow foot & shoe was too narrow.

I ordered up a size but there was no way I could wear the width even then. I usually wear An 8 ordered an 8.5 and wanted to wear a 1/2 insole. Insole worked fine. Size wasn't much to long but the width didn't work at all.

The toe box felt narrow, but after walking around London for a week the leather loosened up a bit and it is comfortably snug. As long as I didn’t step in a deep puddle they were waterproof yet my feet didn’t sweat in them. I stomped around many miles in them and they were my primary shoe to wear in Portland, OR for the winter of 2019 so it’s not surprising that there was some wear on the heel, but it happened a little quicker than I expected. Overall I am very pleased with these stylish boots and that I don’t have to keep tying laces because the side zipper works like a dream.

These boots for great. I sized down since the 8 half was larger than I expected. Overall, I would order in every color, if I could only afford them. Don’t hesitate

I wear a 9.5 medium to narrow. Ordered these in 9.5 and they fit well, but with lightweight sox, they might be a little bit narrow on me. I'll wear them around a little and see how they feel. If they're waterproof, I'll wear them on all Colorado snow days this winter (hope for snow, everyone!). If your feet are wide, these won't work. Great arch support -- which I require, and a soft interior. The Olive Green is a great neutral color! The sole feels grippy -- great for slippery wintery things, and there's a bit of style in the rows of horizontal stitching. I love the zipper on and off -- so much easier than tying them every time. Unless it freezes . . .

I read the reviews and did what they suggested and order a 1/2 size bigger. I shouldn't have because they slip on my feet. They are really a nice boot, and I really like the looks of them.

These are very comfortable, right from the box. Like the style and the side zip to make putting them on & off easier. Good arch support. They're a little narrow in the toe bed, but I just loosened the laces some. I walked all around NYC in these with thick socks on a cold day and all was well. Feet stayed warm and weren't sore.

When I first put them on they were perfect around the house. The next day, I wore them for a half-day and had to take them off - hurting my own peculiar 'bump outs'. I tried a heavier pair of sox: no good. I tried a medium weight pair of sox and now wear them all day in comfort! I love them! And the gray is beautiful. Happy with my purchase at last!
