The size was ok, but the width was tight. I use 4E when I use boots and sneakers. I have to use inserts in my shoes due to a disability.

Boot fit true to size; however could not tighten the top the way I want. Always felt loose and the more I tightened them the more they seemed to flare out . I have ankle issues and a good well fighting boot that can add the ankle support I like is important to me and these were it! Also cushioning on the inside felt pretty stiff if I was keeping these I would probably get an extra insole for sure to be able to wear for 8 plus hours a day.

Shoes look great, downside to them is that they can get uncomfortable if you work in an environment where you have to move around a lot, hurts your heels etc. Other than that the shoes were fine and shouldn’t bother anyone else.

Normally I am a 7 men however I had to size up to a 9 men for a more comfortable fit. I had no room in the size 7 but I can wear thick socks or add an insole for more comfortability. I would definitely size up

They are ok for what I have to do.

The boot started to fall apart after 2 months of normal wear nothing over the top or abusive. Zappos will not warranty them. The worst case of customer service I have ever encountered. I'll never patronize Zappos again.

This is a quality book but much too difficult to get on. The zipper tab should be larger and there is a velcro strap over the top of the zipper that keeps flapping over the zipper when you are trying to get the boot on. I didn't purchase the book because it was just too hard to get on.

The boots fit fine but are too difficult to get on. The zipper is also very hard to pull up. The pull should be larger so it's easier to grip. The velcro over the zipper is also a hinderance when trying to zip the boot up.

The shoes is great and all but wear out so quick I only had them for almost a year or a year and they broke on me while delivering. Not really good. Also my regular shoes are better than this shoes when it come to rain conditions, the boots slips too much, which my regular shoes don’t

Just so very bad and sore on my right ankle bone when wearing and walking. I am not sure why it is such an issue. Probably the wrong boot at the wrong time.

The shoes weren't right for me since I've developed some painful ankle pains for the last few months from wearing then. At first they were pretty great during work, but over time I've been having a lot of trouble walking and just been in pain ever since.

I really liked the boots for overall quality and style. They were long and narrow for me. I chose the extra wide EE and still didn’t feel as if I had the room I needed to flex. I didn’t want to size up as they were longer than most 11s I’ve worn already and didn’t want to go even longer. Overall I was disappointed. I wore them for a while because I had to. They took a while to break in and did give a bit but held up to a lot of walking in a warehouse . Glad to get out of them.

shoe was just uncomfortable and heavy

These boots caused discomfort on the inside/bend of my right ankle. These boots, and perhaps any boots, are not meant to be worn on concrete warehouse floors for 10 hours. The style was alluring as it does support the ankle but at the cost of discomfort in other ways. Returning them for sneakers with a more comfortable feel which I am not a fan.

The shoe itself was comfortable but very heavy. Also I slipped a few times so I wouldn’t call it slip proof.

The shoes fit too big and I've only had them for a few months and the already missing the side zipper and the Velcro doesn't stick anymore, it just poor material used.

Slippery on airport surfaces(jetway stairs, wet pavement) Side zipper stitch seam on right shoe tore.

I got a size bigger and it was still tight feeling

zippper stuck within a week of owning them on one foot, is an ongoing problem. the toes on both shoes have completely shredded down to the plastic safety toe with less than 6 months of use.
