Shoes are amazing possibly gonna order more different colors

Good

My original size did not fit at all. After a second pair (full size larger) the fit seems to much better. Not what I'd say broke in yet but so far so good. I'm concerned about one of the zippers (not as smooth as the other) but with use I'm thinking it'll be okay. They were FOC my workplace covers shoes annually.

Feel great right out of the box. Not need to loosen them up before actually starting wear them.

Shoes are comfortable for the most part especially after a week or 2. If you have wide feet then the medium width will hurt your pinky toe. My review based on wearing the boots for a 10 hr shift. Only issue was the width.

These shoes are not airport friendly. I cannot make it through the body scanner without having to take them off and send them back thru the ex-ray machine. I have had other brands in the past that go through the body scanner with no problem.

It was very comfy and secured with a cool style to it, only minor issue some small part of the stitching were coming off.

Overall the Thorogood 6” crosstrex side zip boot are very comfortable, true to size and look very cool. I did not keep the boots due to the them not being very slip resistant on wet and oily surfaces. I repair equipment in the kitchen’s at fast food and sit down restaurants so I deal with very greasy floors daily. If you work in greasy floor environments these are not the proper footwear.

Love the boots in general. The velcro over the zipper wore out pretty quickly, but it isnt really necessary so I just cut it off. The boots fit great, and the zipper makes putting them on and taking them off very easy.

Overall, this safety shoe worked out well after a good 60+ days of breaking them in. I did replace the original insoles which offered more comfort. Unfortunately, the fact that these shoe laces need to be tied and retied CONSTANTLY is quite annoying. I’m not sure how this issue could be resolved as others have complained about this same issue in other reviews.

The fit wasn’t bad( because I read I should go a size smaller considering the previous purchasers of the shoe. But the narrowness of the shoe was the issue. I had no issue getting into the shoe but the sides of the shoe hurt. So I am wondering if now I should order a wide. Because O did enjoy the comfort and fit of the shoe. I just didn’t enjoy the narrow sides.

Were a great purchase.

The boot took a month for me to break in and was pretty uncomfortable during that time. Since then, it has fit well with great support. I would give 5 stars if it wasn't so uncomfortable for that first month.

I love these shoes but after wearing them for long hours they start feeling so heavy. Everything else is perfect though

zipper could use another look, not as seamless as it could be, overall, it's just a minor view.

They're really great pair of boots! They fit perfectly. Very strong quality and was easy to get on and off with the side zipper. The steel toe does rub the side of my foot, making it a little discomfort, but overall I really like em!!!
