I ordered these boots at the beginning of 2020 didn't get them for a month just to have to send them back and wait 2 months for the replacement pair. The replacement pair are 10 times worse then the first pair. The replacement pair I have wore them twice and the bottoms have no traction left. The memory foam inserts are complete garbage they came ripped and when I called they said there was nothing they could and nothing they will do about them
