beautiful boots, well made, pretty stiff. I had an issue with the inside seam of the right bot that rubbed against my ankle, had to return them

Received shipment quickly but doing an exchange seems like I should have just returned and bought new pair. They received my return a week ago and I'm still waiting on them to ship out my new pair. Contacted customer service but all I was told that order is placed but no shipping label has been created.

The boot is beautiful looks classy & elegant. The fit was a not as great as some of my o the Ariat products, the heel doesn't feel as strong & supportive & it feels as though it's not high enough & it no there's the ankle a bit.

I appreciate the comfort of these boots for my daily walks. They're reliable, and I wear them every day. However, I was disappointed that the actual color differed from the picture, something I overlooked while making my purchase decision.

My SIL has many Ariat boots and although he loves these they are much narrower than most. He's having trouble breaking them in but thinks going up in size will make him slide around. The ankle area is just very narrow in these.

Bought these boots for my son last year for Christmas. They have already worn a hole completely through the sole. I expected more from this brand. They still look nice from the top side, until you turn them over and see the giant hole from normal wear. Not even a year later and he is asking for a new pair. I can't justify the pricing with the durability. Sadly. I figured they would have held up better being from Ariat and not just a cheap boot.

Well, I am going to keep them and not send them back but would not buy them again. They are fine in the length and fine in the width. But the instep is ridiculously small. The instep is the depth (height) part of the boot. It kills me! I can barely get them on and then when I do, they press so severely on the top of my foot I can barely walk. I am hoping it will stretch and conform to my foot but it is going to have to stretch A LOT. The instep of a boot is one of the most critical specifications of any boot and also rarely measured/described on ANY boot website. The shaft is a little shorter than what I would call "normal" but I don't consider it a negative. I just wish that instep was taller!

Boots are pictured as dark and thats what i wanted...when i recieved them they are much lighter than the picture... they are nice boots.

This is my 1st pair of boots ever so really took my time to find the right ones. Found these great looking boots and ordered them for my birthday. At first I thought I ordered the wrong color but nope, these were the right ones except they are a lot lighter. They're tan and have a kind of distressed look like they've been worn. I looked at other reviews and they've said the same thing and they looked like mine in their review pic. These would've been the perfect 1st pair of boots but whatever. At least now I don't care about keeping them maintained.

Boots aren't faded like the picture shows they are more of a shiny chestnut color. I was very disappointed when I got them. They were also missing the Ariat symbol at the heel part. Other than that they do fit comfortably.

Need to order bigger size for my husband. He loves them just not quite big enough

My son likes the look of these boots and wears them a lot for everything but disappointment over how the sole wore out so quickly.

They're nice boots but after a month of wearing them, they begin to have holes in the bottoms, not very durable, no intense work, just walking and talking.

I purchased these for my son for Christmas, along with some shirt's and hats to match the color in the picture. Once I received the shoes the color is not as pictured. The hat i purchased isn't the same color as the shoes because the color is not as pictured. When you pay this much for shoes, you expect to get what you pay for. When my son opened his gift he was happy but he was like that's the wrong color, what can we do about the color. I called customer service but due to the holiday no answer.

I drive a semi for a living bought these boot and there is already a hole in the sole, boots normally last a lot longer than 3 months

Got a hole in it less than 2 weeks and I haven't been using them for anything rough

Can you people please make sure the color of the boot in the photo matches the actual color that we receive??...I just got these today in the weathered tan, and they are not tan...Much darker...I'm finding this with other styles of yours.

Looks a lot better in pictures. Not as comfortable as I would have liked.

My son had these for 6 months and both of the bottoms have holes in already. He has always been hard on boots but I thought for sure they would last longer than 6 months...

All I can say is I have had these boots for almost 3 years now and I have worked construction and in the railroad they have took abuse after abuse and still held up perfectly after all this time I have had high dollar work boots not last even 6 months in the work that I do so I highly recommend these boots you won't regret it because I have learned if it says Ariat on it it will last and they are very very comfortable

These boots run much smaller than advertised. I am going to have to have them stretched before wearing them. If you like these boots, I would try them on first, rather than buy them online.

I'd like to say that I love these boots but unfortunately I can not buy them again and that pains me. They are very comfortable and I love the insoles but for starters the color is VERY different from what you see in this photo, even after 2.5 solid months of use. They are much darker, like a chestnut color so keep that in mind. The biggest problem though is that the sole of my left boot has WORN THROUGH in just 2.5 months of use. I bought these at the end of august but didn't start wearing them until the weather cooled off in late September. Since then, I've been wearing them daily but they just can't take the daily use and that's unfortunate because I love wearing them. Next time, I'll probably try another brand.

Very dissatisfied with my experience. I ordered the boots in Weathered Tan, and the boots I received were brown, and looked nothing like the picture. They were also missing the comfort insoles in both boots. Ariat needs to do a better job at quality control and assurance when shipping a product to a customer. It only takes a moment to verify that the correct product is in the box and shipped. I'll update my review once I receive my exchange. Hopefully it will be the right product, with the insoles included.
