I have a difficult time finding comfortable shoes since I wear size 10 wide but these are very comfortable. They do run a very little bit wider than any shoe I've ever had but that can be rectified by wearing thicker socks with them. My ONLY problem with Zappos is the prices; I am retired and obviously on a very fixed budget so I have to "save up" to make a purchase.

No support whatsoever. Would need an insert, therefore a larger size and it's not work it for the price on these.

These are extremely comfortable right out of the box. I was so pleased but Only problem is the leather is SO thin, after a week or 2 of wearing, the leather was scraped off the top.

I returned these boots. I have 3 pairs of Walking Cradles boots that fit perfectly. This particular boot did not fit well.

The shoe didn’t last a season, and that was only wearing them once in a while. The “leather” is so thin it cracked and looks scratched off in many spots, mostly the toes.

HUGE - I have several extra wide 6 1/2 but these; OMG just huge. Alternate reality sizing. These boots are not for us folks with bunions and need a wider toe box, they are for obese people with huge swollen feet. Otherwise, the leather is really nice. Have to send back..sigh...

I bought these boots in 2020, still have them. I love them.. I wear a 7-1/2 WW and purchased 8WW to fit my orthotics.I have bunions, wear custom orthotics and i am diabetic. These boots have total ankle support and so comfortable you don’t know you are wearing them. The leather is so soft. I highly recommend them.

I was looking for flat shoes or boots for the colder weather. It's so hard to find boots that are not just wide enough but also easy to slip my feet into as one ankle doesn't bend well due to an old surgery. When I wear socks, the boots need to be that much wider to accommodate the extra bulk. These boots fit just right! And they're so comfortable to walk in. Their only drawback was not having much arch support but the other advantages make them a win in my book!

I Look really dressed up in them. I got them for a winter trip to New York City.

These boots are SO comfortable. I usually only wear tennis shoes when walking a lot, but had an event in Budapest recently that required nicer shoes. I walked over 20,000 steps/day and never had an issue. I love them!

Very comfortable boot. You don't need to wear thin socks with this boot. It has plenty of room.

These seem to run 1/2 size larger than normal. I always wear a 7-1/2 medium in a boot, especially wearing a thick sock and my foot was swimming in these. I sized down to a 7 and it was perfect in length and width! So comfortable! Love them!

Love my Cradles!! Soft, comfortable, & fit perfectly. Had to exchange size, customer service was the best. I sent back the first ones and two days later I received the perfect ones. Best company I have ever dealt with.

Extremely comfortable and great for work. The outside was soft enough that I could wear them without a breaking in period. They don't provide the ankle support of some ankle boots, but they are better for walking in.

These ankle boots are very comfortable and meet my needs. I normally wear 10 W in shoes but needed 10.5 in these boots. Very comfortable and I like the suede look on daily wear versus shiny leather look.

I wear a 9.5 and ordered that. They fit perfect. Super comfortable.

They are all satisfactory.
