I am so happy with these shoes! I have a high instep and need arch support. The only show that fits me well is a Dansko clog and a shoe that Munro American no longer makes... and happy to say that this one fits the bill! I wish it came in more colors (like a red or burgundy)

Mixed feelings still, but I needed that outside zipper for a cycst that comes & goes & always is a different size. The leather is NOT as soft as I expected based on the description & previous models. The toe box is not as open & deep, either. But if you want high, hard arches, this is the shoe for you. I don't have an arch problem, so that might be why I dinged this model for comfort. I do have wide feet but narrow ankles, so Earth is a new godsend to me. An 8W fits me quite well. Style? Not so much. I ordered both an 8W & 8.5W in black. Huge difference. The 8.5 made my feet look sort of circus clown-y, whereas the 8 appeared much shorter and less bulbous. (Hey, Earth, if you are out there: please add more models with out-facing zippers and a more squared off - but still roomy - toe.)

Love these shoes. They look nice for work and were comfortable. I wore them all day on the first day out of the box and made it through the entire day without needing to rip them off of my feet. I have a very high arch and Plantar fascitis, so buying shoes is never fun. These are a keeper for me! I ordered my normal size and width and they feel good.

Beautiful leather shoe and comfortable arch support, but cut too high on the outside at the ankle. Kept poking my ankle bones on both feet. Would have been very painful wearing them all day long

These felt amazing to start and were a definite keeper. They look good with professional dress pants and are a great every day shoe.

These shoes feel true to size and fit great right out of the box.

Very soft leather makes these so comfortable. They run large so I suggest you size down a half size. Cute casual shoes.

I've been wearing Merrell Mocs for years until they totally screwed up the sizing. Kept trying different sizes with additional padding and arches and finally had to give up, so this is one other attempt. I didn't have any problems with the arch, but there's a way that the foot bed is "lumpy" that I'm not sure I'm going to get used to. This is my first pair of Earth since my hippy "negative heel" days, so thought I'd give them a try. I'm still on the fence due to the lumpiness.

I should have paid more attention to all the reviews that noted these shoes are good for high arches! I have no arches, therefore the shoes fit like a huge clog. I could fit three fingers in the space between the shoe and the front of my foot on my right foot, while the left fit a bit better, but still not a good look overall. I'm returning.

These shoes are keepers! They feel good, they look good. Love the stitching detail on the top.

Very nice looking shoe and comfortable but too big. I would need a 5.5 and the smallest is 6. That usually works but not with this shoe. Too bad cause they are nice looking and a good brown color.

Very comfortable shoes. I wore them for the first time and walked a lot that day - my feet felt great all day long. The only one thing I'd point is that the blue color on the picture looks lighter than on actual shoes. Thank you for the good product, Earth Kara Faraday!

Ordered my usual size and shoe is almost too big but still okay. I have high arches and found the support good. Nice shoe. Got it in two colors.

Fit is great, size is perfect, arch support is fine, width is great. i love these shoes.

I have a degenerated navicular joint. This shoe has no heel and I can wear it. It looks like a boot, which is great for winter. I am very happy with this shoe. I own many pairs of Naot, but their shoe that looks like this shoe was at least one half size too short. The Naot's are more expensive. Check out Naot as well, as they are also totally flat and can not be worn out.

a beautiful shoe. I wish Earth had a line of more dressier shoes too. I like soft leather because I have bunions and hammertoes.

These were great. A little pointier in the toe than I’d like, but otherwise quite comfortable, and I got compliments on them.

These are very attractive, well-made shoes and I was hoping they would be a good fit. The left foot was perfect with no extra room and the right foot a bit too tight. I think my feet are too used to wearing sneakers and boots, shoes with more cushion, and these weren't going to work for me.

These felt great on my feet except they came up unnaturally high around my ankle and heel, and dug sharply into the back of my heel. The rest of the shoe felt amazing, and even though they were rather clunky looking I wanted to keep them but the heel just caused me too much pain.

There's a dip in the sole padding just before your toes begin that feels odd. I could feel it in every step, and I think it would be bothersome long term. I have a wide foot but a normal heel, and the back of these shoes was too wide, so that I felt I was walking out of them with every step. The brown is the perfect goes-with-everything; not too red a brown or too yellow a brown. I wish it had fit!

I've been looking for a brown casual shoe to wear with jeans. These looked good and the leather felt nice. I first tried a 6.5 wide since I have a troublesome bunion. That was way too big. Then tried a 6 and 6.5 medium. The 6 was a good width but too short and the 6.5 was just a bit looser on the instep than is comfortable - felt like I was almost walking out of my shoe. So I've had to return all of them. Zappos has a great return policy ... and my UPS store is beginning to recoginize me since I bring my box to them on a weekly basis until I find just the right shoe for my difficult feet.

These shoes are loose around the top of my foot — if I had thin footed socks with a really thick top . . . Have to send them back.

Great material and look comfortable

I loved both the look and the feel of this shoe - soft, comfortable leather in a rich blue and conveniently zipper on the lide for ease in getting it on and off. I am returning this item siimplly because the arch support is not in a spot that is comfortable for my foot. My original Earth shoes remain my favorite pair of shoes ever, but on this shoe the arch is just a little too far back for me to wear comfortably.
