I loved my Soho backpack and used it frequently for work. The laptop sleeve and multiple pockets were super convenient and fit a lot. Unfortunately, I am giving it 2 stars because the zippers broke after only 1.5 years and now I will need to get a new bag.

I am a baggallini devotee, having several. I love them all. I got this to replace one of the convertible totes because the backpack strap configuration left something to be desired. Now I use it as a shoulder bag or tote. The Soho backpack is lacking in a few areas. It isn't particularly attractive, but I'm using it for its function and to save my back so that isn't a major concern. Where are all of the pockets? Baggalini is known for having a place for every thing and everything in it's place. It's really quite small. Will it fit everything I need daily? Technically, probably yes. But with the bag opening only at the top and no flexibility I would have to play Tetris to get it in there. When you want something on the bottom you'll have the take half of the stuff out to get to it or just dump the bag over. If you put a bottle in the water bottle holders it pushes in and steals space from the inside. It does fit my 15.6" laptop no problem. I will be returning this backpack.

Great bag for travel, use as a diaper bag or for everyday.

After purchasing several backpack brands, I decided on this one. So much room inside and out. The front pocket fit my liquids bag perfectly so I didn't have to hunt inside for it and the other pocket was handy for gum, wipes, etc. One of the two side pockets accommodated my 16 oz. Zojirushi mug and a few granola bars were tucked away in the other side pocket. The inside was deep enough to stash a pair of sneakers at the bottom plus multiple other items. The additional pockets inside kept items well organized. It has a laptop sleeve which is well padded, however a removable sleeve would have provided a little extra packing space when you're not bringing along a laptop. I did find it useful though, as I had frozen a sandwich in a silicone bag ahead of time and the padding kept it well separated from the other items.The comfort was amazing! I'm only 5'1 and weigh 100 lbs., so I was concerned it would put a strain on my back and shoulders. That was not the case even though I packed it very full. The padded straps were so comfortable. Since I packed so much, I was unable to get the luggage sleeve over my carryon handle (for my next trip, I purchased a bungee-like fastener for this purpose). It fit snugly under the aisle seat in front of me (American Airlines for reference). The zippers are sturdy and work smoothly. The material is durable and wipes clean. The thick double handles with the snap closure at the top of the bag provide extra security and made it easier to carry. It was perfect for my needs and since I was so pleased with the quality, I just ordered the carryon.

I was looking for a top opening backpack to take on the plane. it is the perfect size, It is very sturdy.

Bought this for lugging around my work laptop. This bag is so light and extremely comfortable. So in love with the many outer compartments. Was carrying two bags each day, now down to just this one. What a bag! Love it!

I seem to always be looking for the perfect travel bag and I think I may have finally found it. It's lightweight, has good capacity, tons of pockets and places to store things, comfortable back pack straps and fits comfortably under airplane seats.

I bought this bag a couple of months ago and I absolutely love it! I can carry all my work related things in it. Laptop, charger, notebooks, pens, etc literally fits everything. And it has side pockets for my tumbler. Oh and my 40oz hydroflask fits inside as well! I could not be happier with my work bag. I spilled some water and was able to clean it just fine. It did get a stain inside but only I can see it. Wish it came in neutral or pastel colors as well!

It's honestly a great diaper bag. I use the laptop area to store a changing mat and the side pockets for bottles. It fits diapers, wipes, toys, and an extra outfit with room to spare. It's comfortable and is sturdy. I love this bag.

I purchased it for a gift. What more can I tell you. It does look very nice tho.

I bought one for a trip and I love it. I use it all the time and I just bought another one for my husband. You can actually put quite a bit in it.

I purchased this bag to use on a trip to Europe and to be able to organize everything I need for carry on to fit under seats and keep me hands free while touring

I purchased this last fall and used it for a month long trip in Europe. It was super and my husband wants one now. If fits very well over my rolling carry on.

This has been my personal item as I travel solo through the UK- I really like the little touches on this bag- the zipper is firm so I feel safer that someone can't open it behind me. The little snap on the top. And when I over stuff it, it doesn't need to be closed to function. Bravo!

I just received this bag for Mother's Day and then left the very next day for a business trip. I love the functionality as well as the sleek look and feel. Practical and classy - the perfect combination!

The SOHO backpack is my go to bag when I am traveling for work or need to bring my laptop. I keep my sun & reading glasses in the outside side pockets. All my had sanitizer, lip gloss ear buds in the front bottom zippered pocket and my wallet in the top zipper pocket because it is deep and not easy to access. Inside I keep all my keys, cords and security passes in the inside pocket, pens in the pen slots and then all my notebooks, charger organizer, neck pillow and anything else I can shove it there. Because of the doctor like bag you can fit ALOT of stuff all the way to the top, unlike other travel bags that just zip straight across. I wish there was more business appropriate color selections and less camo & python designs.

This is the perfect size for a work bag. It holds my laptop and additional things I like to carry like pens, notepad and personal items. The only thing I have a negative about was the color choices. I wish they had more neutrals and maybe some prints. I ended up going with the basic black.

This is my second SOLO backpack and I love the design. It's very comfortable as a backpack and has a lot of well thought out storage. It's easy to access items since the top opens like a doctors bag. Hardest part is remembering which compartment you put something in! Great storage and I love the new florals!
