I bought a pair of these last November (about 10 months ago as of writing). They're very comfortable and capable, and quickly became my go-to daily shoes. I know that I wear my shoes pretty hard, and wearing them every day doesn't help, but I've worn the sole almost flat and I'm starting to experience loss of traction because of it. Compared to other footwear I've owned, I feel like this is shockingly short, especially with a vibram sole, I can usually expect to get at least a year or 18 months out of a pair of shoes. It's disappointing having to part with a shoe that I otherwise like quite a lot because of wear. As far as I know, these aren't a style that Red Wing can resole, which means I have to buy another pair, and I don't think I can justify getting these again if this will happen again.

I've always liked and found Vasquez boots one of the most comfortable, supportive, durable boots These are perfect.....great fit, excellent hiking comfort, all around durable boot Thank you Vasque.

I considered other boots such as the Salomon and Merrell (I own both brands in a dedicated insulated winter hiker), but I was drawn to these boots by the price, appearance and the connection to Red Wing. These boots performed great right out of the box. My size 12 foot had plenty of room in these boots and didn't feel cramped at all. I hiked a 1000' elevation gain trail over the weekend on a semi-hot day and my feet were comfortable and did not feel overheated at all in this boot. I had no problems with grip on exposed rock at the summit. Vasque has just won me over. I love these boots so much that I am going to buy a second pair in the other color way soon.

I have worn these every day for one year, awesome pair of boots. Do not be fooled by the spam 1 star reviews. The Talus AT Ultradry have been lightweight, rugged, and comfortable. Have hiked 10 miles with a pack no problem. Laces and loops have held up great. Sole has minimal wear. When these finally wear out I will be buying the same pair again.

These boots are comfortable and they won't wear your feet out at the end of the day. The soles grip wet and mossy rocks and the overall ankle support is amazing . Any pair of Vasque a person orders will be the best shoes or boots one can buy..

Love the comfort and fit of these boots. Wore them a couple times a week until one of the leather eyelets for the shoelace broke. Crickets from Vasque after sending them a customer service issue one their website.

I am a surveyor and am on my feet all day. The Talus are my primary footwear for work. My profession seriously puts every aspect of these boots to the test. I walk/hike up to 8 or so miles a day, in some harsh terrain. My feet NEVER hurt and are always dry. As a side note, I weigh about 230 lbs and carry 30 lbs of gear on my back. I bought these boots a year ago and they seriously don't look it. I will definitely be buying another pair.

Have the talus 6 months. I needed waterproof boots these are not. Plain and simple

Bought these boots in 2019 for $110 so i was worried they wouldn't last but 5 years later, They are finally wearing out. They fit great, ive changed the insoles out probably three times. I have really enjoyed them so I am buying another pair.

Purchased a pair last year of Men's 9M to replace a previous pair of discontinued Vaque boots which had lasted 3 yrs. This pair made it through winter but it is March now and the waterproofing is GONE! I wore these boots frequently, especially around the lakes and river, and took care to clean them and dry them. Going to try saving them with mink oil but starting the search for a new pair of boots. These failed miserably incomparison to my previous Vasque boots I bought at REI Co-op.
