Cute shoes but had to return as they just were not comfortable

My feet are obviously not built for NAOT, at least this style. I've been looking for maryjanes that will hold up to long walking days in Italy and look cute enough to wear with a dress in the evenings. I loved the style of these, so despite the high price tag, I was hoping they would work. I'm a pretty consistent 8.5 with flattish feet (low arches) and a small bunion on my left foot, so I need a roomy toebox. The first pair I ordered was a 39 and roomy enough in the toe, but a tad too short. I ordered a pair in a 40 that was tighter than the first pair. Not comfortable. Returned.

I am so disappointed that it runs small and narrow, the toe box is too small for my narrow foot the shoe too short. Pretty shoes I have to return. Is there a wider size?

Poor workmanship and quality control. Toe of right shoe is misshapen, looking totally different from the other. Outside edge of the same shoe gapes. Sole material is awful, offering poor traction and the look of cheap shoes - expected more from Naot! Returned.

I have these exact shoes in Black and Stone Nubuck and they both fit perfectly. I ordered these shoes in the same size and can barely get them on my feet. Something is wrong with the sizing of these shoes!

Both pairs had notable flaws in construction.

Runs too small or this was mislabeled. Not the intended size. Also not as cute as I had hoped.

It has been a long time since I hated a shoe, but this is it. I bought these on sale because several other pairs of Naots were comfortable out of the box. Wore these to work and had a heel blister when I came home— took a week to heal. Was it the cheaper price? Or a defective right shoe? My left foot is slightly larger and would usually have the offending issue. They looked cute but made me miserable. Now I am afraid to order such expensive shoes again, especially on sale.

I was very disappointed as I love Naot and most of my shoes are theirs. However this one, which I really wanted, is too wide for my foot even with the strap. It gaps and slides off my foot.

I wanted to love these shoes because Naot is my go-to brand for comfort and style. I was, however, disappointed. The width seemed wrong. The shoes gapped at the sides. I also did not like the color of the navy unbuckle. It was dull. I returned.
