Cute shoes! Would have liked these shoes had the right shoe not squeaked with every step taken. It was very distracting!

Cute shoe and seemed like it would be comfortable, but definitely not for narrow/low-volume feet. As others have noted, the sides tend to gap out when walking. Had to return.

much too narrow

I was so disappointed. I am a size 11, but this shoe was really too small. I've never had a problem with a Zappos shoe. It's a lovely looking shoe, a bit dressy with its velvety upper. But I can't wear it!

The shoes were cute and well made, but too small. They caused so much pain on the top of my foot. I have never had such a narrow shoe so I will be returning them.

Really like these shoes but the style is not comfortable because of my bunion.

So, I have determined that this brand is not for me. All the shoes are too narrow and when I order a size wide enough they are too long. A shame because they seem like they would be really comfortable.

This is a VERY stiff shoe. But the reason I returned it was because the toe box was too tight—I couldn’t wiggle my toes on my right foot. I was surprised because, from the photos, the toe box looks really wide. Because it was so stiff, I knew it wasn’t going to stretch any time soon. For a comfort shoe, it is cute.

Material was a bit thin so did not provide much support. There is a seam at the top of the shoe at the heel which hit my foot and rubbed. Since these were purchased as a long wearing walking shoe, they will not do.

Like some other customers, I noticed that these gaped on the sides. They may work out for people who have fatter feet, but not if you have skinny feet.

Shoes are an important part of my comfort and style. Ardepedico, Dansko, Halflinger, ....... Noat typically fits best for a thin & narrow profile foot. I ordered hoping these might work. These did not have enough depth for my foot.

I could not wear these because my feet are too wide for them.

I was eager to try these, thinking that the cut outs made them look dressy; I was hopeful that the nubuck material would be flexible. Unfortunately, for my feet, these were not the right design. I have somewhat wider feet than average (a "C" width, since childhood) and with a large bunion on each foot, I was really "packed" into these shoes. They will be great for many people; just not for me. The vamp, amazingly, cut into my foot (I have a high instep. However, I also ordered the "Rari" and was very pleased: that model fit just right, the vamp was lower and did not cut in and the leather was soft. Same great Koru footbed. I think that the more open design of the Rari worked better for me. But these shoes are definitely cute, for the many who can wear the Agathis!

There was some confusion with this order. I received an email today stating my credit card was rejected. The soonest I could receive the order now was May 18th which would be too late. I thought I’d reordered before and then received this email today. In the meantime I’d found a replacement here.

Great shoe but too bad there was a scratch on the side when I receive them. I’m sending them back and I’ve ordered another pair and hopefully the next payment will come through in good condition.

it runs small

These are cute with nice arch support and soft nubuck. But the strap on the instep is too close to the leg and it cuts into it uncomfortably. For that reason alone, I returned.

This style gaps on the sides. The ankle strap is too close to the ankle to provide foot support. I have naot kirei in several colors. I wish they made kirei in half sizes.

I love this shoe. It is very stylish and comfortable. The fit is OK for my size 40 foot. I inserted my custom orthodics, and it raised my foot and there was no ankle support. I have a severe pronation of my right foot, and the shoe has soft leather sides and there was no support for my foot. I have not had this problem with other Naot. Unfortunately I needed to return them.

The color is a lighter brown than what I expected. I have other Naots, all in the size I ordered, but these are uncomfortably "snug". The material does not feel sturdy. Not the quality of the other Naots I own. I'm returning them.

The bottom of these shoes is totally slippery. I won’t be wearing them for that reason. Look and feel like Naot’s of old, but they are not.

I wanted to love this shoe. Beautiful, but the strap around the ankle just is not comfortable for me, plus lacking support. The sole just feels too thin.

I love these shoes, except for one problem...the pair I have squeaks when I walk! I have tried them twice, on different surfaces and different days. I know this is not normal for NAOT shoes, as I am a dedicated owner/lover of this brand for the past 20+ years. I must return them.

I have many pairs of Naots, and even one pair in this style. I have always worn the same size with no trouble. However, this pair was too tight to even stand up in. Back they went!

I wanted to like these but they were way too tight. I normally wear a 40. I sent these back and reordered a size 41. They were tight in width and yet too long. Disappointed.
