These shoes arrived in an unmarked box and appear to have been worn. I assume they were returned by another customer.

I have a few pair of Naot shoes which fit my wide, with bunions, hight arch and instep feet like a glove. These were narrow, and full size too small. Even sizing up, still too narrow. Was hoping to use these for travel because Naot soles have a good grip. Disappointed.

Loved the style, height and color. Returned because they were too large. Am trying one size smaller but wish they came in half sizes.

Blue suede shoes (well, boots)--what could be better? But too small everywhere (and I ordered a size up!). Sigh.

These are really attractive but I was hoping to find Naot boots that were as comfortable in the sole and toe as the Naot Matai which are soft on the bottom and mold to your feet. These feel just like the Helm (and look like the same last) which I wore too long to return trying to break them in but the soles never felt soft or molded to my feet the way the Matai do even though the description of the sole is the same. These boots are a tad narrow in the toe and run shorter than the Matai. I needed a 39 and could only wear the thinnest socks in these whereas I'm a 38 in the Matai. I'm going to try the Naot Cetona. If they don't work I'm giving up on Naot for anything other than the Matai.

Cute but not worth the price.

While beautiful and I wanted this great dark blue color, the toe box was tight and my heel rose up when walking. I really wished these had fit well. I knew if I moved to a larger size for greater toe room, the loose heel issue would be more pronounced. Sadly - had to return. I have narrow feet and these seemed short and wide at heel.

I liked this shoe but It was too narrow in the toe box. I have pain on the left little toe and it was too tight to be comfortable.

I have the Helm in a 38 and it fits well. I ordered a 38 in this style and it was too small and the 39 was too big. Disappointing because it's a really cute boot.

I wear a 7 1/2 to an 8 and have bought shoes previously in a size 8, which fit perfectly and had wiggle room, but weren't boot types. I put a thin sock on and put them on and they're very snug, with not much give. I don't have wide feet. I'm not going to return them for a 9 because the shoe would probably be too big but I hope these stretch out a bit when I start to wear them and don't hurt my feet. The comfort rating I gave is just at rest, as I haven't worn them yet. Likewise the overall rating.

Cute and a great color but I ordered my normal size (9) and couldn’t even get them on my feet. Returning and won’t reorder - got a couple other booties to try and liked these the least anyway.

Nice style, but a very narrow shape. I prefer wider shoes generally, but usually get regular width. These were way too narrow for comfort. Too bad, they were cute & Naot makes good quality footwear.

For the price, these boots are not worth it. I agree with another reviewer who indicated the materials on Naot seem to be declining in quality and comfort. I bought my usual 41 for my 9.5 to 10 size and it was right on. My foot’s on the narrow side and these fit good. Arch support seems lacking a bit but if they had felt like better quality I would have kept them.

First of all, these booties are beautiful! The color is soft and very stylish. My foot is a true med width yet I felt this shoe is a little narrow near the heel. The left shoe felt normal but I could feel a ridge on the side of the footbed in the right shoe. For this price point, the footbed should have no defects.

Too short. These were sold as size 11, didn’t realize these are European size 42. Feels like a size 10. Cute and narrow enough for my narrow feet, but way too small. Sadly returned.

The shoe's craftsman ship was average, though leather was thin to what I usually find in shoes. It probably wouldn't last very long. There was no comfort insole. I suppose I'm use to the amazing comfort inside of shoes that having no kind of cushioning was like standing on cement. The shoe runs very small & narrow. Maybe a whole size smaller. I ordered a 7, which is my normal size in every shoe I own. (Which I own many, many different brands). If you like hard insoles & thin leather shoes then this is the perfect shoe for you, just order at least one size larger. The narrowing of the pointed toe started at the widest part of my foot. I still had an inch from my toe to the end of the pointed part of the shoe, which made my foot seem longer. It was like putting my size 7 foot in a 6, EXCEPT in a size 6 my toes would have came to the end of the shoe. If I ordered a larger size, then I would have 2 inches from my toes to the end of the shoe. That's the best way to describe the way these shoes fit me. Hope this helps.

I have 5 pr Naot, all in size 41. I could not get my foot into these at all. Mis marked? Disappointed, because they looked perfect.

I bought these boots a year ago in the navy suede in a size 41. They fit just fine. I am returning the same item in black suede because I can hardly get my foot into the boot and the toe box is extremely cramped. I don't know what's happened to Naot: I've worn them for years and depended on them for comfort and style. Now the sizing is just bizarre. I'm wondering if anyone else has had the same issues.... ???

They arrived with a USED HEEL CUP in the box. Yuck. Where is the quality control for that? I could barely get my foot in and zip the boot.

These beautiful booties are too tight. When will Naot return to offering Wide?

Couldn't get either foot into shoes. wow. I've quite a few Naot's sized 38's - all sandals. Must be other than sandals won't work for me. rather surprising.
