love the look of this boot -- great style and color but the it is much too narrow for my wide foot. NAOT, please make shoes for women with wide feet -- not everyone has a narrow foot.

Doesn't get any better. Wide toe box for foot issues. Soft fabric. Stylish to the max. Comfortable right outta the box. I did remove the insoles and used my professional orthodics. A keeper for sure.

This is a very pretty boot. It makes my foot look slender, and I like the detailing on the shoes. I am glad Naot has finally made a boot that is not trendy and is not so clunky looking.

I wear a size 10 M in almost every shoe and boot style and brand. This Naot boot was way too small for my usual size 10 M. I tried them on with medium weight socks, as I would be wearing socks with them, for sure. Very snug and uncomfortable. And the top of the boot kind of buckled out; it didn't have a good look to it. I had ordered both the Mauve and Blue and had to return both pairs. I am not going to try a size 11 M only because I'm afraid the top will still have that buckling-out issue. Too bad; nice looking ankle boots.

Love these shoes! They fit like typical naots, slightly on the wider side and if you normally wear a half size in US sizing I would sizeup. Really cute, comfortable and easy to wear. However, I have walked a few days in them the front has creased a little so if this will bother you I would choose a different style.

These boots are very comfortable. I have low arches and the support is perfect... not too steep. I also have bunions and there is plenty of room in the toe box. The insole is very cushioned and flexible. Plus they are adorable!

I am going to order the next size down...my normal size in Naot. After reading the reviews I ordered the size up...wish I hadn’t. I usually wear open toed Naots so that could be the difference. They were very comfortable, so I hope the smaller size fits.

I was surfing Zappos' boots one evening, I wanted something a little different. And I saw these Naot. Immediately loved the style, color and nubuck. Didn't know if I'd keep them, but it's Zappos, so sending back is free and easy. When I first put them on, I thought they were beautiful and the nubuck soft yet substantial. After wearing them, I have to say they are well made and very comfortable. The mauve color is somewhat neutral and gives my black outfits a little pop of color at my feet and it goes with a lot of other colors across the spectrum. I'm a 7-1/2 to 8 medium and bought the 8 which is perfect. I highly recommend!

Always love Naot! These are especially cute because they look similar to denim. I love the slightly western look, Have worn them several times and are very comfortable, as are almost all Naots for me! I did order my normal 40 in booties, I wear a US 8 1/2, so the 40 is a bit roomy, but 39's in a bootie are usually too tight, unless the leather is especially soft. I wear a 39 in all the open toed sandals

So disappointed! Great style but too small, and I already wear largest size. Seems as if Naot has expanded and lost quality control.

Naot is a great shoe, perfect support for my feet with low to no arches, In the sandals I wear a 39, but in boots and booties I wear a 40. The closed toe, and because I wear socks with booties, the 40 is the most comfortable. I love the style of the new Naot Nefasi. I bought it in a navy blue, looks a bit like denim, I wear jeans all the time so it’s perfect! Naot is expensive, but worth the price for me because my feet hurt and other brands

Bought these exact shoes in blue, GREAT fit and feel. The black, fit is great the only issue is the stitching around zipper is very rough and uncomfortable. Returning and buying another of the same in hopes it was just poor stitching on the one pair.

I think this bootie is so cute. But, I couldn’t even get my foot in to try it on. I ordered my usual size. The survey asked if it felt one size to small and I can’t say. I wish it had fit because of the 3 navy boots I ordered to try on, these are the ones I liked the look of the best. Thank you Zappos for making shoe shopping so easy. Naot is my favorite shoe by far. I’ve been wearing them for years. I love the looks of this boot! It’s well made, and comfortable, and I definitely recommend it. However, with that being said, this is the first Naot shoe that I’ve ever had that isn’t quite up to par with their usual comfort and arch support. I have to admit, I am a bit disappointed. By the end of the day, I’m ready to get these off my feet. My other Naots have never made me feel this way. I could go all day and half the night in them with no problems. I do have peculiar feet...high arches and a tendency for plantar fasciitis. I just feel like Naot’s quality has slipped a little on this one. It’s a great boot and I do recommend it, but if you are very familiar with Naot, you’ll understand what I mean.

With two feet slightly different in size, I found that one felt just right, the other a little too snug, so I'll be sending them back. Very stylish and nice material, but as I age and my feet get more finicky and easily upset, I'm looking for shoes with a little more width in the toe bed. Love the material on uppers, heel, style.

I am a true European 40, size 9.5US. These boots were way too small! Ordered the next size up - love the style!

I love all my Naot shoes and boots!! I have this one in every solid color! They are the only shoes that fit my size 4 foot??

I’m a size 9M US pretty much 98% of the time. I got the black color in these shoes in a size 40. The fit and feel of these are spot on. I did not care for the black color. They looked scuffed right out of the box. I’m pretty sure it’s the way the suede is. I liked them so much I sent them back and got the purple color in the same size. To my eye they look deep burgundy or oxblood more so than purple. That was the color I was hoping for so I’m a happy camper!

I am SO disappointed...I tried to put one on as soon as they came and couldn't even get it zipped. I have very high insteps and there just isn't enough give. I've never tried Naot and had heard they are excellent for high arches (another of my issues). These are so great looking! They also felt tight in the toe, and I certainly don't have wide feet. So they're going back.

Very comfortable. My size is 8.5 so I ordered the one and it fits perfectly.

Beautiful shoe, but with my bunion seems the width is a tad too narrow. Maybe due to design across the front. Going to try the Helm instead. Looks gorgeous and made well. Sorry could not keep.

This boot is fabulous! I have issues with bunions on my right foot and have a smaller left foot so its tough for me to find a boot that fits! I saw these once in a store in Michigan and tried them on and I loved them. Didn't buy them because of the cost. Saw them in Cape May NJ in a shoe store on sale and bought immediately!! I wear them with and without socks...never a problem. I could wear them all day even fast paced walking. I'm looking to buy another pair. I love the navy. But need to wait to find them on sale! I bought true to size. I'm a 6 and I bought the 37. They are even really broken in by now but felt that way when I first put them on too. I've only ever bought sandals from Naot, so I was very happy that this boot happened.

I love my new boots!! They are cute and super comfortable! I did order half a size up. Normally I get 9 1/2, I got 10’s. They are expensive but at my age, I need comfort! These offer comfort and cute? Wore them the first day and no issues at all. I have arthritis and it affects my feet, and these feel great.

These shoes are a wonderful addition to my footwear wardrobe in their lovely navy blue. They are true to size, were immediately comfortable, and expand my options from always wearing black shoes with my navy-blue outfits. They are both fashionable and comfortable, and that makes me smile! I am a size 35 in Naot; it is very difficult for me to get truly sophisticated shoes in my size, except from Naot. These shoes are great!
