Boots are perfect. Great fit outta the box! Im sold on DannersI dont plan I personally buying any other boots from now on. The only reason its a 4 instead of 5, is cause I would love these same exact boots but without the GoreTex. I live and work outside in GA summersmy feet get way too hot for gore Tex.

I had a chance to test these on the AT. I enjoyed the toe protection against the PA rocks. I have a narrow foot and felt the footed was too narrow leaving my arch with little support. Somehow this shoe kicks up an unusual amount of debris into the other shoes. Something I have not experienced with other brands.

These shoes are very comfortable. I use them as every day shoes. They look good and so far have shown no signs of wear. The only thing I dont care for is they are hard to get on. Where the tongue of the boot attaches very high on the shoe. Its almost like pulling a sock on, this makes them very comfortable but a little aggravating to get on.

Very light weight and comfortable. Sizes fit accurately. Well have to see how long they last, but overall I like them so far.

I ordered the size i need, and found the fit good on the length, width just a bit tight, but would have been OK. What caused me to return them was they were too tight in the height. They were tight on the top of my feet, just behind toes. I did not think this would get better if broken in.

the shoe runs small..I wish I would of gotten a half size bigger.I normally and consistently wear a size 9..9 is a little snug with a comfortable hiking sock

Perfect fit and very comfortable boots. I showed them to my friend and he liked them so much he immediately ordered a pair. These boots are awesome!

I was told they run small they fit a little on the snug side putting them on but the right shoe has a spot that is rubbing my foot I should send them back!

Great light weight shoe with plenty of support for hiking and very comfortable for long walks or casual wear.

So far the look and feel on these are fantastic. I am excited to see how they are out in the bush but the everyday ware they are holding up to expectations.

These are amazing shoes, my only complaint would be that the shoe laces are a little short and could be longer to make them easier to tie.

extremely narrow, no idea whos foot would actually fit in this. returned it.

1st pair were too small. Sent them back & ordered 1/2 size larger. Theyre just right. Very comfortable.

I tried on the shoe-height version in-store. I wear a 14 running shoe (ASICS and Saucony) but the 13 was a surprisingly great fit for me. However, I wanted more ankle support and less chance of collecting small debris, so I ordered the mid version online. I tried them on and they felt great initially, but during a week of hiking I found that the top of the shoe rides pretty tight right underneath my inside ankle bone and I couldnt find a way to adjust the top laces to keep from getting blistered. I would have gladly accepted a little extra weight in the form of padding to spread out the pressure there. They still get four stars for the overall fit, light weight, and good grip - I didnt slip once on a variety of trail surfaces, not even hopping from boulder to boulder while fishing - and Ill still get use out of them so long as I dont lace them all the way up. They performed well for me and they might be a perfect fit for someone else.

Boots look well made, but the fit was too small in length and especially in width. Had to return.
