Disappointed in these overall. Construction looked and felt great for the most part but I have to say, at almost $200 for a pair of shoes to have absolutely no footbed support is insane. The only thing in the way of support/cushion is about a 2mm foam piece with no arch support whatsoever. For $5 you can buy a far superior insert at CVS. I inserted my Atrex inner soles and they felt a ton better but doesn't seem that you should have to pay $60 for inner soles to make a pricey show wearable. The rest of the show seemed well made but in the end I returned them. Size ran a bit small. I usually wear a 12.5US. Used the online size selector - which I must say is a great idea. Unfortunately I ran three of my favorite shoe brand/models through the calculator and they all recommended the 12. Turns out 13 is still a bit snug.

This shoe is great however order one size larger than you usually order. I usually wear 10 1/2. After reading a review to order up a 1/2 size, I did. To 11. I tried them on and they were surprisingly tight. So much so that I decided to replace a full size to 12, a size I've never worn before. And now they fit great. So yeah, I think Danner's sizing is off , so take the leap on a full size larger order.

Sometime wear a 11.5 or 12 shoe size depending on brand . Are talking to :Danner customer service ordered size 12. Good toe room and snug heel fit. Nice springy cushion feel, especially on hard surfaces. A little plastic bag sound in right shoe from waterproof membrane. Think I will really like these shoes.

Love these. Went on a hike immediately to break them in, and they felt dreamy. Looking forward to years of use. Wonderful packaging design, also.

Love the fit of this shoes.I have a high arch on my foot, but this shoes give me great support.

I wear size 12 or 12.5 depending on the shoe brand. I ordered myself a size over 13 because I read the reviews. This pair fit me perfectly, very comfortable insole, very light, in my opinion, this is the best shoe that I wear with pleasure every day. I want to see how they will look in a year. I hope they will not disappoint me.

Great looking shoes but a bit too narrow better to return than no wear them.

Very comfortable hiking shoe. I ordered a 1/2 size larger as advised by other reviewers and the size was just right. Be sure to order a 1/2 size larger to get a nice fit.

Great hiking shoe. Fits perfectly and great support and looks cool. It could be a little more comfortable for long hikes, but I have ordered insoles so hopefully that helps. They are still pretty comfortable though without.
