Love the boot. It fits well, and suits the purpose for which I purchased it. I now have 2 pair, plus purchased a pair for each of my adult sons. One problem - the bootlaces that come with it are only 64inch, and the boots are 20 eyelets...too short. Danner came through and sent me 72inch laces which are perfect.

I am an electrician working indoors and outdoors during the spring and summer. I have tried different brands to keep the moisture out and my feet cool. Nothing compares to these boots. These are by far the best boot I have ever worn. They are light and breathable. I dont need steel toe for work so its a different feel. I have had these on everyday for 4 weeks and you would have no idea! They look brand new. Perfect work shoe for someone that does not need steel toe but does need breathable, water proof and comfortable footwear.

Surprisingly comfortable out of box. Only reason I didnt give them a 5 is because I have not tested the water proofness or wore them in rugged conditions yet. Nice sole for traction.

No break in required.

I have worn them every day at work for the last two weeks. Just as comfortable as my old 453's no break in. Love them.

When I first got them I loved them. After a week the left shoe began making a noise every time I take a step. This makes the shoes irritating to walk in and impossible to wear while taking wildlife photography. They look nice and have a very nice tread with incredible traction on the trails. Unfortunately I think they will need to go back.

The way the top of the boot covers the tounge took a little getting used to but the more I wear them the better it gets

The boot feels like its constructed well. Its extremely light and felt like the cushioning was great. Unfortunately, the boot was too small and narrow for my foot.

Back of boot is a little soft when putting on.

I find the boot to be very well designed and constructed. It is light-weight and provides great support for my feet and ankles. I am a first time Danner customer and find that the sizing vs what I am used to runs smaller and narrower. I am keeping the boots as it's not overly restrictive for me.
