needed a heavier sock for colder weather. this seems to fit the bill. I really like the lightweight micro crew so I bought the midweight so far so good and you know the quality is there

There is no other socks in the world worth buying. But this is one of my favs of the best. Seriously so addicted to these socks its unreal. Why anyone would buy from any other manufacturer is beyond me. Im a darn tough customer for life

Absolutely great socks. Walked the entire Camino de Santiago (including training) with 2 pairs of these. Zero blisters, zero bunching, zero issues. Best socks ever for hiking. Zero Complaints.

I really like the colors and the weight of this pair. The quality is easy to see and feel. Theyre so soft and to my surprise theyre perfect in all weather conditions. I was afraid wool would run kinda hot and maybe itchy. No no, not at all. I wear a 12 and the large fits great. Shipping was quick but Apple threw all my emails into the trash??? So check for updates cause theyre coming.

These are the best socks ever! I use them for hiking and work in a manufacturing environment. Since buying my first pair, they are all I wear! An added benefit is that you don't need to wash them as much. I was skeptical of this, but it's true! I have hiked 12 miles in these, and after turning them inside out to dry overnight, they are like new again.

These socks fit so much better than my old ones about 5 years old. My foot size is 11 & the large seemed too small I ruined a couple pairs trying to pull them on. I am very happy with the new ones.

Slightly thicker than the lightweight models, but EXTREMELY comfy and don't feel as tight. I wear these almost everyday for anything.

Amazing Socks!!! Perfect fit and comfort level. I've only had these a short while but after a number of washes, they hold up their form and shape perfectly. I am pleasantly suprised by the durability and quality even after hearing how good these are, they are even better. Makes you want to throw away all other socks and just have these forever. I absolutely love the design and color of this particular edition, the red above the ankle is just so perfect as it shows above the shoes. I am looking forward to how these socks avolve overtime, once I've worn them for a number of years what will happen. It is a very pleasant feeling to have something that is made with quality and will be a lasting item. What is made with time, time respects it. And these fantastic socks are clearly made with time and committment in mind... and time will respect them. So far I've used these for a number of activities, hiking, running, work.... particulary all day work was very comfortable. I wore this pair at work for a 12 hour shift and after being couped up in my boots all day these socks barely smelled. I was very suprised that my feet felt good and fresh after a whole day of work. These socks on the following day did not smell and I put them on right back after such a long day of work. They didnt even need a wash!!! this is like a lifesaver, because I have fewer items to wash less frequently. If all your socks are Darn Tough, you will literally do less washing, at least on the socks front, you can get extra days out of the socks for sure. I also went hiking and the comfort level was superb, excellent support for the arch. I enjoed the light tightness around the arch which helped with my bunion and support for the long hike. My favorite everyday sock. I am highly recommending this to everyone I know, and sercretly planning gifts for all my family this year, a pair of new socks for everyone to get them to experience this joy and feeling of perfection on your feet. Absolutely blown away by these amazing socks. give me more limited editions please. I would love to see designs with mushrooms and other vegetables for men... more specialized type fungal designs would be interesting.
