I love these slippers and I would absolutely buy them again (I bought them for myself last December). My problem is with the insoles. They come loose after repeated use and because these are so loose (see cons) buying after market insoles don't work as they are too small in width. I don't see anywhere where I can buy new insoles so my rating is a 3. If I can buy new insoles I'll adjust my rating.

Based upon previous ratings, I expected these to have moderate arch support. There is NONE. Cannot use them at all.

These shoes are okay . I wear a 7 and ordered the 7 . They fit nice with our without the no show socks that I wear with them . I haven’t tried a chunky sock with it . I wore them out for a little when I went shopping and they hurt my feet and they are actually not that warm which is disappointing because that’s what I bought them for . I can’t really wear them for errands because that aren’t comfortable or as house shoes because they aren’t that warm but I will still wear them for both of those things because I’m not going to let them go to waste .

Looked a little less sophisticated in person. The style will age quickly. Comfortable but a little bulky. Wasn't what I was looking for- an indoor-outdoor shoe/slipper.

Couldn't even get them on the top is cut back so far can't get your arch in. And these are a size larger than I wear.

The top is cozy and insulated, but the sides are completely uninsulated. The sole has little padding or insulation. Feels snug at first, will break in quickly.

I wanted to love this shoe but I struggled to get them on my feet. I do have a high instep. The elastic felt tight on my foot and there was no arch support. Disappointed overall with the style and fit.
I'd also recommend:

As a flight attendant I will tell you how grossed out we are that people will walk into the lavs in their socks. That is pee on the floor, people. These slippers are a great idea, however, you are tracking pee around and then putting them into your luggage. In my opinion, they should machine washable rather than spot clean.

Meh. Every year as we head into cozy weather, I treat myself to a nice pair of slippers/house shoes. Wish I had not used my gift certificate on these. They are not particularly comfortable in general and the black band along the edge that will press into the top of your foot is noticeably uncomfortable. The sole feels sticky, so it is non-slip. I wear a half size and had to go up.

Super comfy when you get them on but there is no stretch when putting them on around the ankle bit so it makes it a bit difficult to get your foot into them, bought them as a nice easy camp shoe to put on fast but struggle getting my foot into it

These slippers are difficult for me to put on. The top is very tight on my instep and even caused a bruise. Very expensive for slippers I can't wear.

The top edge of the slipper shoe is not soft and irritates my skin. Also, the tag and stiching rub the side of my foot. These might be ok of you plan on wearing socks. Not for me.

Logos starting peeling off withing 2 weeks of use around the house. Not from the washer/dryer (or even being outside). Product looks like trash.

I've purchased several pairs of these slippers since they were first launched, they tend to tear over time. Craft aside, my biggest complaint is that they no longer make the summit gold color way for women. I am a women's size 6 and cannot wear the men's sizes. It's 2023, why are there different colors for each gender? Men's slipper colors are much better and should be available unisex making sizes as small as 5 men's. I've been asking for years, please hear my feedback.

I purchased these so that I could wear around the house, run errands and use at work in the office. The mules are very lightweight and the material is comfortable. The only thing that makes me regret buying these mules is the fact that there is absolutely ZERO, NONE, ZILCH, NADA foot support/cushioning. Your foot literally sinks to the thin outsole of the mule and you can feel everything of the hard floor. If you are flat footed, I would not recommend. If you are not flat footed I still wouldn't recommend. I've had these for less than a year and I wish I could return/exchange them as I've only worn them less than a handful of times.

I wanted to love these so badly, however the elastic on it, is SO incredibly tight that it feels like a vice grip on your foot! If they can find a way to make these without that horribly tight elastic, I would absolutely love these and wear them all the time. I unfortunately had to return them.
