I was stoked to have these as my post hike slippers, but after wearing them only two times the North Face emblem on the outside of the shoe started cracking. In a last ditch effort I tried to use a sealant to prevent further cracking to no avail. I know that this is a minor flaw but I don't necessarily enjoy looking down to a ratty logo. If this is a flaw that has occurred after only 4 days of wear I am nervous as to what is to come.

Too tight across the top of the foot. Not easy to put on. Had to return.

I thought the back could be folded down like a slide, but it felt awkward folded down and also felt awkward up. I exchanged for the bootie style and they are amazing! Like pillows on your feet.

I really wanted to love these. They just weren't comfortable at all. They do seem to run a little large, though the part that hugs the top of your foot is a little tight at the same time. They felt sloppy on my feet and had no support. I could have lived w/o the support but the sloppiness of the fit was too much.

Wanted to love this slipper, it is so cute and lightweight. BUT they made my feet sweat, and my feet never sweat, so this was an odd feeling for me to want to kick them off. Even on a cold day where I'm wearing a jacket and sweat pants I found my feet sweating in these slippers. I don't want to wear socks with my slippers so unfortunately I had to return them. I will look for slippers where the inside material is wool and not synthetic. The return was easy and I got a full refund so no hard feelings NorthFace!

Comfortable and effective for daily use however seams immediately began coming loose after a week of ownership. I gifted these to my partner for Christmas and she's very sad they're coming apart already.

I would size up. Hard to put on and snug on the top of my foot.

These didn't work for me. Too wide and really not that warm. If you like to wear thick socks with your slippers, then these may be for you. The soles seem thin to me. My Clarks had a much better fit.

The slippers were the correct size. I wanted a slipper that was warm and that had a back, but the opening for my foot made it troublesome to get into, and was uncomfortably tight once I had it on.

Can't find any brand that fits my needs.

The length and width were fine, and I liked the style. I was looking for a slipper with a back, but the opening for my foot was too tight for ease of getting on, or comfort.

The PET shell is susceptible to easy rips and tears, compromising the water shedding capabilities. If you try to warranty a ripped shoe The North Face will not honor the warranty.

They are mostly waterproof except where the sole is glued to the actual top of the shoe which means you get your toe wet even though the rest of it is fully waterproof which is silly. It's annoying because I bought them to be my waterproof shoe to easily slip on but it is so uncomfortable to get my toes wet when it's raining. Does not do what it's supposed to do.

This wasn't warm and the hem/band around the heel was really stiff, rubbing into my ankle. Returned.

I wore this product lightly in my home, the material tore on its own within the first month and north face refuses to replace. Super bummed.

Not only are they incorrectly categorized as mules (they are not mules), the shoes were much too small. Ugly little things, too.

I wouldn't purchase these. The seam inside one of the slippers is cut in a way that it digs into your foot. These are incredibly uncomfortable.

This shoe is not a mule, despite being listed as one. It’s an ugly shoe with zero arch support. Its only redeeming feature is that it is extremely light in weight.

These mules are a real disappointment. I stepped outside yesterday morning onto the grass and almost immediately felt wet toes. It wasn't even raining. I will be returning these.

My daughter bought these for herself and said there is a piece that pokes her in one spot so she returned them. I just bought them for her and the same thing happened.
