Wore them as slippers for 3 months and the seam between the sole and fabric came apart along the side of one of them. A slipper should last more than 3 months.

Shoes are warm but offer no support so don't expect to be able to wear them for any period of time

Used as an indoor slipper and these really did not live up to the hype. They look cool, but that's about it. Sorry

I wore these once and they were so slick I couldn't even walk into a tile floor without having to hold onto the walls. It was so bad snd very dangerous in my opinion. Only wear at home on carpet.

I had high hopes but the opening of the slipper was super tight. It seemed way too small for anyone to comfortably wear. I had to return them.

I received the defective shoes. I returned it and requested another one. The second pair of shoes also arrived defective. I returned it and gave up on the purchase.

Did not work for me, Footbed was uncomfortable and the closure at the top was uncomfortably restrictive.

Poor sizes. 11 are paintful and tight, 12 are too big and slip off the anke. Real shame you don't do half sizes.

I purchased 6 pairs as Christmas presents. My son-in-law has a slightly high instep and could not get his foot inside the slipper. Poor design.

I ordered my usual size, but slippers were so small I couldn't begin to get them on. I would like to have a pair but am afraid to order again!

The soles are slippers on wet floors. I don't like slippery shoes. And my feet shifts to the sides and yes I had socks on too. So I don't like them.

Used it as a house slippers for the winter since October 2021. The sole peeled off already. North face have never failed me until this one.

This is my third pair of Northface Thermoball Mule slippers. I keep buying them because they have been comfortable and durable. Not this pair. Still comfortable, but less than 6 months in and they are falling apart! They look like the dog chewed them up. Not sure what went wrong with a historically great product, but these are garbage.

They changed the lining to a thicker fleece and now have memory foam insoles that doesn't feel as nice. Probably sending back and looking for older models or a new brand.
