Lettering coming off after only a week of light wear, inside only. Contacted North Face customer service and they want me to send them to warranty department, which they said is very backed up due to Covid. So my only option is to wait until winter is over and then MAYBE get a replacement pair? I provided photos and a receipt. That is bad customer service.

I would be happy with these slippers if the inside of one of them wouldn’t have fallen apart/disintegrated within a week. The fuzzy footbed liner first peeled off and then the foam underneath started shredding.

Fit was Ok. Cut of shoe did not work for me. Length, width was fine, the boot was much too large.

Great looking shoe but ran small. Shoe does not accommodate high arches. Had to send them back.

I use these as house shoes and i love the color and the design but the material is cheap, the soles are flat, and the soft inside is no longer soft within a week of wear. Would not recommend for the money.

Not very comfortable. The piping across the top rubs against the top of your foot. Workmanship was okay. A seam in the arch stuck out and rubbed against your foot.

Great looking slipper runs smaller than you expect especially for folks with a high instep/high volume foot. Order a full size larger than what you normally wear or seek a different option with more accommodating design for high instep

Hard to slide foot all the way in than lift the heel as shoe topper comes up to high on ankle so you cannot slip heel on comfortably.

Use it at home, but unfortunately cannot property use it anymore due to insoles. Warranty department was very unfriendly on the phone and I would need to send it in without even knowing if I can get it replaced

The sizing of these slippers is terrible. I wear a size 10. Every shoe in my closet is a 10. These are a 10 and too small. I should have sent them back. Very disappointed with North Face. I thought they made quality. These slippers are sized wrong.

These were very tight and had to be pulled on like shoes, not slip on like slippers. They were also much firmer than expected, and not as "puffy" as they appear.

I bought the low top mule and also the high top one..both size 9...high top fit perfectly but mule was almost a size too small although both ordered in same size. Wondered if factory mislabeled and no way to return because there was no receipt of any kind included..

These are very nice and comfortable. The only issue I had was the size. I ordered a size 11, which is my normal size. The fit was very small and snug. I exchanged them for a size 12, and the fit is perfect.

I've been looking for a shoe like this for a while now but you only make up to size 14. Guys with big feet matter too. I guess my big feet will be cold all winter...

I received this shoe as a gift for Christmas. Wore it for two weeks, and the material tore on the top of the shoe. I was walking in a school gym, no place to cut. I then sent in a warranty claim, asking if anything could be done due to their products failure, and all I got was a 30% off a product as a sincere gesture. If you'd like 2 weeks of warm shoes, this is for you

The Traction Mules are very comfortable but I received them with quality issues. Both logos on the Mules were damaged upon opening the box.
