shoes fit fine, made well, very cute

I'm a true size 5 and usually wear 5.5 in sneakers, but these were too big in that size. Glad they come in a 5 as these are the most comfortable sneakers I own. Had bunion surgery this past year so finding a comfy shoe has been a challenge as my feet find a new normal. I wish they came in a more neutral color though.

Beautiful colors! I found this shoe to be very comfortable right out of the box. Fit was TTS for me and I did not feel the tread through the bottom of the shoe, like someone else had mentioned. I walked in them on vacation for 4 days straight. +10,000 steps a day :) I love them.

Got my usual 9.5. I have high arches, these are comfortable. The soles are suuuuper grippy; I haven’t had any tripping issues...yet. Love the style and colors.

Super cute, comfortable, and no breaking in period. I have pretty sensitive feet to blisters and these sneakers were fine to wear on a walk right out of the box. They were a great fit in my usual size. I like the grip of the tred and the material is lightweight. Great color too!

As someone who pronates and needs arch support, these feel immediately supportive. I’m a size 9 and these fit perfectly in my size. Love the color too.

I love these shoes. I was wearing them 12 hours a day right out of the box, doing yard work and construction. They proved to be incredibly comfortably, and pretty stylish for the amount of support they offer.

These shoes are so comfortable! They run about 1/2 size big. Great arch support. I wear them for a twelve hour shift in which I'm on my feet a lot and feel comfortable all day.

I love these shoes! They are warm and comfortable up here in north Idaho winter. Definitely not for tromping through snow but great for walking in cleared sidewalks.

Very roomy, but true to size. I love the style of these shoes. They’re super comfortable, and my favorite pair of shoes I’ve bought in a while. The sole is really thick, and the quality seems to indicate that they’ll hold up for a long time.

These shoes feel great. They toe box is a little wider, which I really like. The arch support is better than most. These are great for walking all day. And they look good too.

This is a great sneaker for city and trail! Super comfortable, mostly true to size, little slipping in the heel but that doesn’t bother me. Good arch support and they seem to breath alright. Slight retro look and seem well made.

These are my new favorite shoes! Right out of the box they felt really comfortable. A lot of times I have to swap out my insoles for Spencos but these have enough arch support and cushioning that I don't have to. They look cute also.

Love these shoes. Fit is good, grip is good on pavement, and they were comfortable on day one. My dog and I routinely walk three miles a day and there have been no issues.

I really liked the look and feel of these, but the rubber bottom has this jagged look which I didn't like and it made it somewhat difficult to walk in. I wish they just did a regular bottom.

These are very comfortable and modern looking “city” sneakers. They don’t run too narrow like other brand and have good support. They are also easy to clean using with a damp brush.

I actually like these despite trying the mid version and not liking those. I will wear these to work not to hike- these don't seem near god enough for hiking in terms of cushioning, stability or overall rugged construction for trails and rocky terrain. But, the style is really great and the quality is solid too- Merrill did a good job with these. Also I got on sale I wouldn't pay full price for these- def half size large as my usual 7 were too long- and these are narrow for wide feet so keep tnat in mind.

The toe box is very narrow and the tongue is very long. If you can live with that, it's a good looking walking shoe.

I wanted to love these shoes because they are very comfortable, stay fairly dry, and I think they’re cute, but the tread on the bottom just ruins them. It’s like they are made specifically to cause you to slip when going downhill on any type of terrain. They also are prone to slipping on any kind of smooth surface regardless of incline, whether that be a boulder out on a hiking trail or the floor at the grocery store. Very sad to not be able to wear these without worrying that I might slip and fall.

I love Merrell, however, these particular ones are too tight for my everyday walking. I wish I’d go for a half size larger. Also, compared to my other many Merrell shoes of different styles, these pair is the least comfortable.

Felt at least a half size too small, with zero “give.” I think there’s a price to be paid when you stitch different materials together, as was done in this style. And the price is comfort! The stitching does not allow the foot to move around properly. Also felt a bit too shallow and slipped on and off my foot, despite feeling too small. This seems to be common in Merrell non-hiking shoes, I’ve noticed. They feel cheap. I still love my Merrell hiking boots but the quality has gone down in recent years, especially in the non-hiking footwear (which this shoe falls under). Zappos should probably not put these shoes under “hiking,” either. That’s literally the only reason I bought them, since hiking normally=comfortable. With that said, Zappos customer service is still top notch!
