Excellent fit and very comfortable. I purchased these boots to replace my work footwear. I am on my feet all day; walking, lifting, loading, cutting, etc. on concrete floors. At the end of the day for the last few months, my heels, knees and back have hurt. My old footwear was wearing out, so I decided to try these boots. I am very happy with them because after wearing them to work and to casual events every day since I received them, I have had no heel, knee or back pain. Yay! They are very supportive; my feet feel so good in them. And they look cool too.

I have a pair of similar Merrell boots purchased several years ago in another color. I need a toe box that is more square than triangle shape due to arthritis in my big toes (and space for inserts to help that). My first pair fit so well, I decided to buy another color. These have similar shape and my feet are so comfortable. Fit my feet without looking huge. Appreciate the simple style with the comfort.

I bought these Merrells in brown in 2010. I loved them so much that I bought an additional pair in black in 2011. They are comfortable , supportive , waterproof and still look great . I have worn them at least twice a week for nine Michigan winters! This year the sole is finally beginning to pull away from the toe box of the brown pair , so I am buying new ones. The black pair are still hanging in. Really remarkable footwear.

I love these boots! I had a similar brown pair and about wore them out. I have all kinds of issues with my feet and my Merrill boots are the most comfortable shoes I have!!

I am very pleased with the fit of this boot. However, I bought the Andover short boot in a 9.5 and discovered the 10 is the same size in the tall. The soles feel secure on snow and ice. Let it snow!

I have had several pairs of Merrell boots because they are comfy and durable. This pair is on par with what I have come to expect from Merrell. The cuff on the top of the boot is a little wider than previous boots but not by much. It makes it so they fit boot cuffs or thicker jeans and leggings well. I have worn them daily since getting them and would happily buy them again.

I wear size 10, so it's not always easy to find boots that don't look huge. I'm happy with these boots, they really look good and they are comfortable.

I bought a pair like like this at least 7 years ago, only in brown. They are holding up well and I decided to get another pair in black--they look and feel just as comfortable as my other pair! Love these boots, they never disappoint!

I was looking for a waterproof, leather boot that was stylish (not look like a snow or rain boot) and would be comfortable enough to wear all day. I have a morton's neuroma so need to put an orthotic into any shoe, but need the shoe to have good arch support and a roomy toe box to begin with. These are perfect. I have brown and black. The leather is stiff, but softening up just enough after wear. Plenty of arch support, right amount of cushioning, and room in the toe box without being clunky looking. I'd prefer if the shaft height was an inch shorter. I have long legs so someone with short legs might find the shaft too high.

I have been struggling to find a boot that is stylish and comfortable and this boot is perfect! I am a teacher and spend most of the day on my feet so comfort is a huge priority. These boots are flat, with just the right amount of support and they have a wide toe box. I usually wear an 8 1/2 and would say that they run true to size. The brown color is beautiful, and I like these boots so much that I am thinking about ordering them in black.

I love these boots. They are extremely comfortable right from the start. I wear them to work all day. My feet stay warm but not sweaty. They easily transition from indoor to outdoor wear.

I have a hard time finding shoes that fit well because of my bunions. These Merrill boots are great -- I can walk for miles without pain. I also love the look: very classic.

I love these boots. They are incredibly comfortable and fit very well around my larger calves. The only thing is that I have noticed that they slip easily on wet slick floors. However, outside, they make wonderful fall boots.

Wore these boots on a trip, could not have picked a better boot. I did a lot of walking and my feet always felt wonderful.

I've been wearing these boots basically every fall & winter day for the last 6 years! Coming back to buy a second pair because they finally bit it. I wear them EVERYWHERE, from chores outside in the mud to dressing up for work. They are the best. If you have wide calves like I do you will love them!! I protect them with leather spray every year and they are fully water proof. Cannot recommend enough.

Love these boots! I've had my first pair since 2011 and still get compliments on them. I have been waiting all this time for them to make them again without the seam going down the toe line.....thank you!

I have the double whammy issue of having a large, hard to find size plus foot issues that require a full-time orthotic. I wanted something cute I could wear with leggings or skirts and this one fits the bill. The boot has enough space for my orthotic which is great, toes have plenty of space. It is a little tricky to get on. It's a little narrow to get your foot into, even when the zipper is all the way down, so you need to plan for a minute or two and a seat to get them on, but once they're on, they're good. I'm 5'10" with normal sized calves and the calf part is very large, I can fit a hand down the back when they're on. However, since I have a hard time finding shoes that work I was willing to keep them anyway. This might be an issue for others though. Great all around boot for me.

This boot is much better than I expected. I actually purchased it quite a few years ago while I was deployed so it would be in the states when I came home on leave. This boot is not only cute but it keeps my feet dry and very warm! I love it and I am thinking about buying another pair. This is my second pair of Merrell's that I have purchased and well....I love them!

This is a great shoe that you can put on, and immediately wear for 10-hour stretches. The footbed has changed slightly from Merrill's original shoes. Maybe they used a bit less of the sole blend on arch/ heel support that we like. Still, it is ok. I was concerned about 38.5cm opening at the top as my leg is 39 cm. However -note elastic wedge in top part. Plus, for some reason there is a smidgeon of space between my calf and the boot. I expected that the special sole would provide traction - Don't count on that a wet side walk, a metro grate, a marble floor are slippery as ever- Work on floor grip please. I won't wear these on an ice or rain day. Overall, this boot is a very good product. And it is very walkable.
